Yes I got to know that ketki has resigned and she already received warning from channel some days back and I don't know about zain's live chat I think people are referring to his last live chat which he came and clarified about his and Nalinis relationship when they were shooting for jail track which was claimed by some fans that it was ketki who asked Zain to do a live chat to clear the air regarding offscreen drama and fans are expecting official announcement may be in the form of live chat from ketki too for her resignation

Ketaki and official statement..if she has resigned for real she actually doesn't owe to come forward and give us an official statement about the same.

Fans have gone berserk a lot of times on social media but that doesn't mean for that the creative head will have to resign. This decision of resignation can't be overnight. Mishti's spoiler pic coming out and Ketaki's resignation is only a coincidence.

I think this news is confirmed one because she herself is chatting with some of fans in her Twitter or Instagram DM I guess that's why fans gave confirmation regarding her resignation

you are right dragon her resignation and mishti's entry is just a coincidence like you said she will not be removed from her job or resigned overnight is not possible I also came to know that she had already received warning from channel
