Dragon neil maybe is under scanner by police n vr's men. Now police is puppet of vr's hands. Maybe vr offers them to take his men also for watching neil n police agree it. Just guessing.Let come out scenes video then maybe something more we can speculate.

Small written update

Avni sends a letter to Neil, she wrote it using lemon which he can only read if he heats the paper. He did read it and came to know about Neela ma being kidnapped, then he organized a press conference and he conveyed indirectly to Avni that he got her message. Meawhile he pretended being drunk and unwell (eventually he will use the brain problem doctors said about) to make Vidyut grant him a holiday of one week and he will go to save Neela.

Now mla will permit the leave of a police officer then why is there the higher authority of police? any way it's fictional show so logic shouldn't be searched here but the matter of relief n rejoice is avneil are working together.

That's true but that also means that he won't be on jail duty anymore and meeting avni will be difficult for him I guess that why she is sending secret letters
