May be they can show him framing Ballu for Juhi's murder and then going underground for the sometime. In the mean time AvNeil along with other characters can enjoy someone's wedding may be a distant relative(kyunki Ali aur DD kaa ghar basane mein toh cvs interested hi nahin hain) with all the functions and rituals. They can some funny drama elements to it but not so serious ones. I am not even asking for SR or Pillu in this period. After this we will also get bored with too many happy moments and then they can bring back Vidyut in some avtaar with new plans.

Well he makes Bhallu confess to it, after Neela's lawyer tells him they have incriminating evidence of his activities in Mexico. So something like that wont be illogical coz a guy like VR can get anyone to confess to anything.

SR should happen in the near future, but Pillu can wait. Let's hope Neil thinks of protection! LOL
