Arrey,kya karab hai last week episode mein. Acha tha na. Kyu trp gira. I hate trp.trp day humesha mujhe exam ke result vaali feeling dehti hai. Poor adiza and cast ans crew. Voh log kitni mehnath karre sab barbad hore. Kisko nk kyu pasand nahi.😭

From what I have observed in and around, the hooked-to-tv viewers are mostly middle aged aunties (and some uncles too). They prefer the typical saas-bahu rona dhona type stuff which adheres to societal stereotypes and not the nayi-soch that naamkaran potrays. Also, one more thing in my personal exp is remote always remains in hands of parents when they are in the house and TV is on. And, they watch stuf that appeals to their sensibilities. So my option to resort to is hotstar premium.

I seriously feel TRP calculations should include the digital footpint. Because that audience is also big and slowly increasing.

This is actually getting so frustrating now. Despite such a good track, and all the promotion the show is getting, we're not getting the desired ratings, and there's two reasons for that. For one the rating system used is dodgy and inaccurate, and to top it off, the time slot at 9pm is so competitive with high trp shows at the same time slot. This makes me feel terrible seeing how despite all efforts, the show has quite average ratings.

I am literally shocked with TSMSPJ's ratings😲🤢 from 4474 last week to 4969...😲

YHM has also decreased from 7340 to 6361

YRKKH has increased from 5444 to 5645

We need some happy, feel good track immediately...

TSMSPJ don't have any competition on that time slot

That is why it is doing well

This is not a typical trp attractive track that is going on in the show right now. If inspite of that our trp is more or less stable it only means good. Although i really wish and hope that it is always above 2 and in top 10.

I was looking forward to some growth too.

But we got to face it that the show has been transformed into a thorough action/thriller drama, which TRP aunties won't enjoy, but we online viewers love!

NK gets max. TRPs during the zenith of tracks (climaxes) but the reason this show doesn't have a loyal TRP audience is because so far there has been ZILCH happy tracks in the show. Not a single function or festival without some negativity or mishap.

Bringing Ramayana and Mahabharata always cannot help. We need some happy moments too.

After the whole Juhi torture for 3-4 months, people needed some break, and what they got was more negativity.

For me, I am very happy with the storyline now, because I love a genre that' a mix of romance-action and thriller. But the common ITV audience may not like it, and we can't force them either. Some happy family moments are needed.

Hoping for some increase in the coming weeks now that Khannas would be back!

I think the main problem with Naamkarann is there is no feel good factor in it.

The leads are always in some kind of tension throughout.

No breathing space for fun & frolic. There is not a single happy track in this show so far.

No one like to watch heavy duty tension filled drama all the time, where the leads always suffer & by the climax of one track when there is hope of happiness then new hurdle enters.

Actually the trp is stable ..its not that bad ..we lost many audience in juhi-mishti track ..so it will take time for them to get back ...Slowly trp's will increase ...

i dont think its bcoz of slow pace. Dragging baath hai toh trp toppers ki show ko dekhna chaiye. Kitna drag karte kuch log. Phir bhi sab unke show ko dekhte. Nk ki prblm uski koi loyal fan base nahi. Like trp aunties. Iss show ko sab youngsters dekhte. Mostly tv pe nahi dekh paate. Its very sad. Nk team ne kitne mehnath ki.😭
