I am going to echo the words of .IamShonali.: this is most definitely a must watch episode!

Vidyut ko kya lagta hai? That Neil will give into his demands and simply 'hand' Avni over like some toy? I like how Neil referred to her as 'his wife' as opposed to 'mine' (this is more appropriate when talking about a possession, which Avni is not!). Unbeknownst to Vidyut, his days are numbered; can't wait for an Avni/Vidyut face off!

I liked how the scene with Avni fixing the wall in Neil's cabin kept flipping between Neil's fantasy and reality. He is evidently finding it difficult to control his emotions in her presence, as is Avni in Neil's presence. The interactions between the leads are so natural (well, as natural as they can be on television!); no over-the-top dialogue or actions. And these two are killing me with their expressions; so subtle yet powerful! Zain is the king of micro-expressions; you could tell how deep Avni's words had cut him today.

Neil's presence has made Avni wonder whether he had some ulterior motive for his actions. This is just the beginning; I'm sure over the next few days, more questions will be flitting through her mind, and I am interested to see how she addresses them! I could see Avni's frustration when returned to her cell, only to discover that the tunnel she had spent 6 months working on had been covered. The fact her plans have been foiled will only serve to add to Avni's desperation and determination to escape.

Avni's harsh words about marriage and love being a tactic used by men to control their feelings and make fools of them, were reminiscent of the old Avni (or Ananya). She is completely unaware of the truth, and with the mixed signals she's getting from the Neil, she's bound to be a mixed bag of emotions herself! I love how desperate DD is to get them back together - of course the Christmas party was his idea!

The scene with Ballu and Vidyut singing Jingle Bells was hilarious! 😆

This episode definitely rates among my top 3 episodes! Going back to re-watch!

Loved tonight's episode, your heart breaks for both Neil and Avni. Neil is finding it difficult to hold back his emotions especially when Avni said he does not have a heart, his dialogues about how his heart still beats for someone poor guy. Neil is slipping up and I am glad Avni is starting to get suspicious but at the same time his back and forth behavior is only adding to her misery.

Vidyut is going to fail in trying to use Monica to keep AvNeil apart, I just don't see what she can do to come between them when the pull is still very strong between AvNeil. It just seems like a lost battle especially with Avni planning her escape which should happen soon. I really want to know what Avni has in store to avenge what Vidyut did to her, how she'll react to his obsession and if she puts the pieces together about Neil.

Hopefully the TRPs are good today!

I am hoping the same, the TRPs have always managed to stay stable so this time around should be no different. I want to see the TRPs rise with this track, so much potential and true to SP concept. We don't need kitchen politics and family drama, I prefer seeing a strong female lead and a male lead like Neil who is not an angry young man who manhandles his wife.
