In Naamkarann it always appears that history is repeating but at the end of the track we find that history is not repeating itself. First many conspiracies were done to separate Neil and Avni and it appeared Avni will meet the same fate as that of Ayesha with her husband leaving her, but Neil didn't leave her and history didn't repeat. Then they brought Neil's ex gf to repeat the history of Ashish, Ayesha and Neela but history didn't repeat itself as Neil is not Ashish , Juhi is not Ayesha or Neela and Avni is yet to decide what she is. Then Mishti was brought as supposed nazayaz child of Neil but again history didn't repeat as Neil is not father of that child. Now if I go by spoilers then Mishti will either shoot or be charged for killingg her mother but history will not repeat as she will not be jailed like Avni. If I go by another spoiler then Avni will think Neil is misjudging her to be the killer like her father but as history is not supposed to repeat it will be her misconception and Neil will not assume her to be the killer.

So if the post leap story of NK is all about history repeating but actually not repeating then I think one day the history of Avni getting shot will be repeated but as history is not supposed to repeat so this time Avni will be shot at the right side of her chest and after that no history will ever repeat😳

I too thought the same . Next one left is Avni being shot.

Yes she will be shot at the same cliff, fall from the cliff and then 20 yearsleap where the tracks of post leap will be repeated as historye

History toh mujhe kabhi apni life mein chahiye hi nahin tha, yeh show dekhna meri mazboori hai aur mera blood group B positive hai😕

So finally history doesn't repeat with Avni being killed at the right place where her heart is.. And will Neil be the one to do the honour and stop the history repeat?! 😉

Anyway ACP Neil Khanna has to stop crime in the city.. 😆 Looks like every crime in the city starts from his wifey..🤪

BTW Avni is getting too sentimental attaching everything to make her life from her history instead of taking some serious lessons from it and actions to create her own..
