Cvs have made him into a toy in the hands of VP-RP-Ratty.

In the past Ratty gets to play with him and then Avni gets a hand on him as she definetly has a Bigger Right on HIM. I really hope Avnj doesn't think Neil the TOY is better off with Juhi-Mishti and gives it to them.🤢
