Juhi has first and foremost revealed to Neil that she has a daughter, but then lies to him that the child is his proclaiming "Tumhari kasam Neil. Maine jo kuch kaha hai woh sach hai".
Then she asks him for help to get her child back, claiming that she only wants her daughter, and once she gets her child, she will go far away from all of their lives.
And now she is caught keeping pictures and momentum's of neil and her past relationship.
Lastly she is still staying in the house and roaming around like she owns the place
Did she ever even mean it that she would go away from their lives? If she meant it, why even lie in the first place that the kid is his? Why not tell them the truth about who the kid's father is, the circumstances under which she got pregnant, so that the family fully sympathise with her, do everything they can to help her (which they no doubt would selflessly) and then once she gets the kid she can move on? If she was honest about the child's paternity and assured them she would go away when she gets the kid, at least then the whole family would feel relaxed with her presence and trust her a little more and feel less suspicious that she is after neil. This would make them more supportive of her to help her move on.
But no! She instead chose to tell a straight up lie that the child is hers and neil's, and the granddaughter of the khanna house, and is now sticking to the khanna's and neil like a bee to pollen. Her lie that the child is neil's has only made the family feel more unsure and unhappy about her presence, and less supportive of her, as they are now more wary of her because she has told them she is the mother of neil's child and she is showing clear evidence that she still loves neil and wants him. Her honesty would have helped her situation more. Now when the truth will be out, she will lose every ounce of support and sympathy she gained. She has only dug her own grave.
This girl is just a liar through and through, and if she truly was honest about being over neil, and going away from their lives, she would have never lied in the first place about mishti's paternity. There is no way that the reason behind her lie is that she thought they would try harder and be more likely to help her get the child if they thought the child was neil's. That's BS, because they already risked their own life unconditionally to help her out of rang mahal, so why would they only help save her child if they thought the child was neil's?
She seriously has no intention of leaving them does she, and was most probably using the lie that mishti is neil's child as a means to ensure her own security and make sure she is not alone again, because as she said herself, she has nobody of her own, and by lying that she is the mother of neil's child, she thought she would have a right to be a part of the khanna's lives and family.
