Juhi never intended to go away. She knew Neil would want to take responsibility of his child. She was hoping Avni would leave Neil and go away but that didn't happen!

Neil sending her and Mishti to Canada obviously does not fit in Juhi's scheme of things. It suits her purpose that her daughter Mishti does not like her.

I think the issue here was that Vidyut is not some random man who has a hold of her child. (Which is what she implied to them by saying that Neil is the Father). HE is the child's biological Father. This means he has every Legal right to keep the child. Yes Juhi has a legal right to the child too. But unfortunately, she is not in a position to claim these rights as her own security is in jeopardy from Ragini, Vidyut and their people.

The only way she thought to get Neil's help to get this child is by indicating that the child was effectively a "Hostage" of Vidyut's. A means of keeping her in control by using the threat of harm to her child. Now that she has escaped their clutches she says she wants her child back and tells Neil she is the result of an intoxicated night they spent together. Neil not remembering all of it and being a gentleman stands by her and accepts her word for it.

The biggest issue here is the Legality of what Neil has done. He had NO legal right to abduct Vidyut's daughter, which is what he did. If Juhi told them she is really Vidyut's then Neil would know he has no legal right to extract this kid. HE didn't have to be the Father for that. Anyone could be the Father, anyone BUT Vidyut. But in this case, he is the Father and Juhi did not want to name any other man as the Father or say she was in RM and got pregnant. Instead, she tells Neil HE is the Father, as she believes this gives her the best option along with not looking bad for being the Mother of a child who's Father she does not even know. Because naming Vidyut as the Father would have effectively tied Neil's hands in extracting this child from him. Juhi knew this. That is why she lied.

Whatever her intentions were when she first told the lie, NOW I feel she has got used to the Khanna's support and maybe getting greedy to get Neil back as well. Now she is starting to lose her way. I don't think she is essentially a bad person, but now she is being Terribly selfish and ruining these people's life for her own Selfish gain. So I really despise her now!

I liked your approach to this, that you see why juhi possibly did what she did, and the reason may not have been any kind of ill-intention, but now she seems to be getting greedy for Neil and attention and just to get her kid back she has put avneil in both grave danger and possible legal trouble by lying to Neil that the child is his and making him steal the child from the real father who is also legally the girl's only parent. Neil should have filed a custody case against vidyut to get the child the legal way (and the paternity truth would have come out through this too). I think Neil thought that vidyut would probably manipulate the system again to best Neil gor the custody I guess.

If Juhi is still keeping high hopes on Neil,then I will blame only Neil for it...he is the one giving her false hopes. He is a married man staying with his extended family.He has responsibilities for them also...what Juhi saw is that just for her and her child he is ready to sacrifice their happiness .His own anniversary day he gave more priority to finding her kid than celebrating with his wife . Whenever she has nightmares Neil is first one to reach her...here we cannot blame Juhi entirely if still thinks Neil has a soft corner for her.

When she was in RM she has not once tried to contact Neil...becoz in a way she knows that 5 years is quite Long period for someone to move on . Once she knew Neil was married man from Daya she doesn't seems to be that heart broken also ...she might got her first hope when Neil didn't choose Avni over her when Daya asked him whom he wants to choose...he rather kept quite ...but once she is back in Khanna hse she might have realised that it's easy to manipulate Neil and his wife ,who without asking any further question gave a place to stay and didn't once asked her what really happened 5 years back.

Neil should have made her realise that he is married man and his priorities lies with his Wife now...should have put her in another hse telling her that it will uncomfortable for Avni if she stays in the same hse .should have discussed with her what is his stand on taking care and supporting his child .Juhi would have understood his point if he had made it clear earlier.Anyone one Juhi place will feel jealous if her ex is openly romancing with his wife infront of her...Neil should have avoided this if he would have kept her different place ..

.Apart from telling everyone Meri Bachi Neil doesn't seems to be actively involved in Misti life...he just stand 1km away from her bed always...his Father mode become active only in presence of Vidyut.

This post is not to justify Juhi...I still hates her...it's to make a point that Neil by keeping Juhi near to him is also making Avni's life also difficult..just becoz Avni is an understanding Wife doesn't means that he have to take her granted ..
