It seems that AvNeil are planning to bring Mishti from Goa to Mumbai by tricking Vidyut and his men. Although their intention will be noble but shall we call it Mishti's rescue operation or abduction?
Vidyut has claimed Mishti as her daughter in front of the world, he is her legal guardian. Had he kept Mishti captive in an isolated cell without food and water then that can be termed as captivity but here he has kept Mishti in his home and employed a governess and several servants to take care of her.
Now when tomorrow AvNeil will take Mishti away without his knowledge, what they think Vidyut will leave them easily? Vidyut is a powerful man, it will take him only few days to figure out the whereabouts of his daughter. He can sue AvNeil in the court and from legal point of view Vidyut will have an upper hand.
AvNeil will not be able to prove that Mishti was retained forcibly by Vidyut. Even if they prove that Juhi is Mishti's biological mother that does not give AvNeil the free pass to lift a child from her legal guardian.
If Vidyut play his cards well then AvNeil are going to mess it up big time.
