@Red: I think that scene was from the hospital because Neela ma looked devastated when Neil was reading that letter. So Avni might have seen Juhi-Neil's hug and overheard what he said to Juhi (which is what Zain said too), after which comes that scene with Neela ma where she tells Neela ma to take care of everyone.

@Bold: Agreed! There was definitely a sense of disconnect when Neil was talking about the kid, and even when Neil agreed to help Juhi. I mean why would Neil even ponder for a while and then say that he would help if the kid is his? He would go all out if the kid was his, not that he wouldn't now. But it's the way the dialogues have been written + Zain's body language as Neil in these scenes. So I definitely do think there is more to the story. What I am curious to see is how the CVs manage it. The flashbacks/missing scenes, etc. would give us some insight to all of this.

@Mandy: I agreed! This track is definitely not one that we had hoped for but I will still give the CVs the chance to present their story to us. I am sure we won't be disappointed eventually. It's just going to be a frustrating ride till we actually find out what is happening for real.

Same thoughts! When I watched the OLV first I thought Avni was looking as Neil read the letter to Neela but she was not it was two different scenes. What we were seeing is Avni's reaction to Juhi hugging her husband, Aditi and Zain both said she witnesses that moment poor thing.

Yes this was not the track any of us expected but if it helps Avni and Neil evolve and remove Juhi from their lives once and for all then bring it on! I am no longer convinced that Juhi is not negative or grey.

Juhi is grey for sure, she lied about the kid's father for sure

Yup I feel Poonam was just saying she is not a negative character because she could not reveal the direction her character was going, that would have ruined the suspense but now I am sure she is grey. You just cannot have a character like Juhi who tries to reassure Avni she won't come between her and Neil and then proceed to try and kill herself. Also there is this mystery surrounding her daughter, why isn't she putting forward the effort to find her?

^ Can it PLEASE play out this way! I would be overjoyed! In all this though, I wonder how Neil and Avni would come to the conclusion that the kid isn't Neil's. Does Neil already know? Has the flashback been edited to confuse/anger the audience? Does he tell Avni the truth, if he does know the truth? So many questions, but like you've said, I don't think they would address them yet, just to retain that element of suspense (and frustration).

There needs to be flashbacks, the fans have to know what Avni and Neil discussed and what their plan is because that could be what makes or breaks this story period! Fans will surely be on board for this track if we know ahead of time what is brewing in the minds of Neil and Avni, let it be cleared much early on that this child is not Neil's and this is all part of his plan to get to the truth.

Juhi is taking advantage of Neil's kindness, she knew very well Neil and Avni were getting married and chose the perfect timing to try and kill herself. I am so happy the family is not falling for her attempts at sympathy, Avni cannot be selfish but the Khannas can! They've had enough of Avni being taken for granted, they know she is putting up with a lot and know whatever is happening is not fair to her. I cannot wait to see Neil's family lash out at him, he will deserve it for abandoning Avni at the altar. Based on what I have seen in the OLVs Neil has failed to see how that hurt her and that could be what leads to the tashan between the two when they reunite in Goa.

All very valid points as to why this child cannot be Neil's, there is no way RP would keep Juhi all these years had this not been her grandchild. RP wouldn't be raising a stranger's child and like you said why wouldn't she have used this to her advantage that night? It was always about breaking Avni and that would have indeed broken her instead she chose to rub it in Juhi's face how Neil will never be hers because he loves Avni.

This track is not going to go the cliched route, NK has never done that and in OLVs it is apparent that they have something else in mind. I am all for twists and turns as long as the CVs make it clear what Avni and Neil are planning, they don't have to go into details but clear it from now that Neil is not the father and Avni is working with him to expose the truth. If that is revealed much early then they have a hit track on their hands.

Anu I don't know why I am completely sure they will edit out the portion where Neil will tell Avni everything. What stood out for me is Neil begging Avni to hear him out before deciding. He wanted her support in what he was going to do as if. He wanted help on how to solve this blast from past which Juhi is unleashing.

By the way other reasons why this can't be Neil's child or questions being asked are

RP was running brothel so why will she agree to wait for Juhi's delivery to make her Kohinoor that too for 1 year. She will take good care if her and baby which does not make sense.

Also if this is Neil's child RP will surely guess it given she knows history and wouldshe not have used it to her advantage when Avni had in knife point. Would she not have used it as trump card against Neil. She made this dialouge I ensured that Juhi's all doors to you are closed. She also had an accident then probability of child survival.
