8/2 Highlights: Neil's promise to Avni

- Avni realizing she had a new mangalsutra, Neil's promise that he would never let her heart break. How beautiful is this pairing? I love that Neil has brought out that hope in Avni about having a happily ever after with someone who loves her. Avni never got to see that growing up, she saw both her mothers get their heart broken but here she has a husband promising to never let that happen. Neil is proof that something that is broken can be mended.

- Neil knowing Avni has a tough time expressing her gratitude told her that her wearing the mangalsutra in his name was enough for him. Oh my heart there needs to be more Neil Khanna's in this world!

- Avni and Neil's cute scene as they fought over Neela and Prakash was too good! I really love the bonding here. I always look forward to their scenes, same goes for Avni and Bebe.

- Neela and Avni's conversation about Avni wanting to reveal her identity to her in laws. I completely understand Avni's POV, she is a part of a loving family and carrying around this huge secret is taking its toll on her. Neela is right though Avni should speak to Neil first.

- Had it not been for the OLVs I really would have believed Ali would do something to hurt Avni but thankfully he won't. I do hope it is revealed soon about Avni's identity, I just want it to be done with. I am sure Bebe and Prakash will accept her, she has nothing to worry about as long as Neil is by her side.

Precap: Zipper scene tomorrow! Looking forward to that.

Agree Ananya is Avni should be revealed to Bebe and Prakash n be done with...should be ok as Neil knows the truth already did before the wedding...

It was a cute episode

And Neil is like teaching Avni what true love actually means, there is no insecurity in it ❤️

And the BG was so good for that scene.

Bad they edited Avneil in front of mirror scene 😔

Specially loved the Neil Ali scene, Neil indirectly told Ali, I want to be with Avni no matter what

Ya Avni saying her true identity is Avni Ayesha made me respect her much more, and true even Neil loves her as Avni Ayesha only

Yay! tomorrow zip scene, hope they don't edit it.

I think prakash already knows about avni. Remember the day of auction. Neil calls him to ask for something and they r seen discussing about something. Prakash asks neil whether he is sure or not... and in the episode when avni was cooking her first meal after marriage prakash sends a message to neil that " khana nahin pak raha avni pak rahi hai "...

I was so looking forward to it... this show has one of the worst editors who always edit out the good parts

But yes his promise to her, their conscious and smiling at each other eye locks.. love how they are gradually & happily accepting that they are husband wife.. how avni liked when Neil told her that he likes her wearing his MS 😳😳...& as always their fights becoming cuter and cuter with each day

I also really liked Neil Ali scene esp. confident answer of Neil - "Tohh... koi problem hai??"

Avni is his wife and there's no question about it... no guilt or doubt even in front of Ali whom he knew loved Avni. His words, body language everything told Ali that he should also accept that now AvNeil are married and together, but Ali would always be her best friend .. but only best friend!!

Really really really looking forward to zip scene... editors pls dont edit anything good!!!!!

Exactly, I would have been worried had Neil not known everything about Avni but he does and that is all that matters. Shweta is fooling herself believing that is what will oust Avni from the house, Prakash and Bebe are not like her. I know Bebe had her opinions about Ashish and Ayesha but that is because she did not know the facts. Avni has not lied to her, what you see is what you get. Bebe knows Avni is good at heart and was raised well by Neela.

I noticed they edited the scene too but I still enjoyed it. Neil is expressing his feelings more and Avni is accepting, there is no more denial. I wonder what his surprise is.

I'm so proud of how Neil handled Ali, he has shown that he has no insecurities about Ali and Avni's friendship and no longer has this fear that Avni is in love with Ali. Neil knows what's in Avni's heart so he could care less about what others think.

Same here, Avni should be proud of her identity especially now of all times considering what happened to her parents. I look forward to the day where she can be Avni to her in laws hopefully it happens soon.

Neil wants to restore his friendship with Ali but Ali sees him as a betrayer who stole Avni from him. Ali must be thinking that Neil snatched Avni from him although he knew that Ali loves her from childhood. I thought Ali will confront Neil today about this. Even Neil left in hurry because he was afraid of hearing those accusations from Ali. Even if Ali will be saving Avni from tomorrow's embarrassment then that will be only for Avni's sake. His bitterness for Neil will persist forever.

That is exactly how Ali sees Neil as the one who snatched away his love from him but that is not what happened. Hopefully in time Ali will accept the fact Avni was never his, I know in the new OLVs he sees how happy Avni is with Neil so maybe that is a start.
