But I feel that karmic justice is inherently wrong because while Amol is luckier in the sense that he at least has people actively rooting for his recovery - Rhea too lost her family and her influences are less than exemplary. We forget that she's the same age as Amol and her influences are her stupid grandmother and Shweta - both of whom are just manipulating her for their own use. I genuinely believe that Rhea is capable of redemption - she is just not getting a chance to do it properly
Look at the difference between how everyone treats Amol and how everyone treats Rhea. Avni tells Amol what he did was wrong and that he needs to improve. What Rhea gets is just the opposite - manipulated. The only positive advice she was given is by Neela who asks her to forget this and move on. The difference is that Amol was given a chance to redeem herself, and Rhea literally doesn't get that chance ever. Amol is TOLD that it's possible to have a different life. Rhea is told the only way to survive IS to try and return to her former life.
Of all the people, Rhea deserves our sympathy the most for I can't imagine a situation where I would be faced with such hardship of losing my family overnight and not want to destroy the person who did it. Her motive for revenge is wrong. But no one ever opened up the possibility in front of her, that there is an alternative to revenge
