VIHUUU HOW CAN YOU WRITE SO MYSTERIES, MY GOD!!!!

First of all biggest surprise that the doctor was Vishaka/Ayna but i am confused she definitely thinks he is Mr. Kapoor. WHY?? AND THEY ARE COUSINS SIBLING OR WHAT??

Dr. Singh is hiding something na. Vihu JUST TELL ME ALL MYSTERY TO ME ONLY. PM ME YARR. HOW CAN I DIGEST SO MYSTERY AND SUSPENSE.

Next surprise was of Kareena. You made her his biological sister and wow Shweta and Prakash adopted him. This is a big surprise for me lol.

And funally in the end my baby started to gain conscious and what the name he called out we knew it. Awww he is madly in love with Avni.

And in precap he is introducing Vishaka to her. Wow nice.

OMG how do you even manage to think of such stuff? So many twists packed in one chapter. This one just came out of the blue and it's like the more I read the more confused I am. Your story has become a drug for me and without a daily dosage my day just feels incomplete. Coming to the chapter it's just mind blowing literally, and I hope we get to know Neil's truth soon. Please update soon or soonish
