(A/N: I haven't watched scenes where Ashish turned against Avni, so I don't know what happened, So little change in track, let the story go how it is in the story)

One Month Later

"Amol, beta, what are you doing?" Dayavanthi was shocked as Amol himself put handcuffs on Dayavanthi's hand.

"What's this Amol?" Diksha snapped "Unlock Maa now!"

"Don't worry Ms. Diksha, You'll have your turn too" Neil entered with a pack of police. A female constable put handcuffs to Diksha.

"Amol, Beta, what's happening here?" Daya was too shocked.

Hetal remained calm about all this. She knew about this before. Kethan was nowhere to be seen. Rhea already left the Mehta family and joined Avni. Ali played a major role in that, bringing Rhea on track.

"Dayavanthi Mehta, You're under arrest for the murder of Ayesha" Aman said and Daya was shocked beyond limits "And Diksha Mehta for murdering Mr. Hemanth Parikh"

"Beta Amol, Don't do this. I-I didn't do anything"

"It's Aman for you Mrs. Dayavanthi Mehta" Entered Avni and Daya was shocked to hear the name Aman'

"Ananya! Why are you always creating problem for us!" Diksha snapped.

"It's Avni Neil Khanna" Neil said and that was the real surprise and shock for Dayavanthi and Diksha. Daya looked as if she would pass out, the image of her killing Avni playing before her eyes.

"Take them out"

Two Days Later

"Amol!!" Ashish Mehta snapped at Aman "What the hell is this? Why did Maa and Disha get arrested?"

"I'll tell you why" Avni came out "Mr. Ashish Mehta, I'll tell you why your mother and sister is behind the bars"

Aman, Rhea and Hetal stays in a house nearby the now Khanna house with Neela while Neil and Avni both only stays at the Khanna house alone.Shwetha and Prakash doesn't have problem with it, they too join them here sometimes.

"Who are you?" Ashish became silent at Avni's presence.

"Who I'm? I don't think it's necessary for you to know that. But I'll answer your question, I'll answer you why your so called mother and sister is behind the bars"

"What are you saying?"

Ashish yelled.

"Don't you dare yell Mr. Ashish Mehta, You have lost that right long ago!" Ashish stilled as he heard Avni shout "You're the same old you but I'm not and I won't let your stupid obsession you have with your mother ruin our lives anymore!"

Ashish was too stunned to react. His mind went completely blank and he felt his grip on his sense losing!

"Wh-who are you?"

"I'll tell you Ashish" Ashish turned around to find Neela standing with Rhea and Hetal. Neil was off to duty "I'll tell you who she is but before that I'll tell you who you are!"

"You're nothing but a coward who couldn't stand for yourself, who couldn't stand for your family! You are that father who called his daughter as a mistake! You're a disaster of a father and you deserve nothing but the murderer of your mother"

"Neela!"

"I'm not done!" She yelled

"You can't even stand up for Ayesha ji!! Not your mom but you killed her! You remained silent, drunk and wasted when Avni ... that helpless child tried her everything to send Dayavanthi Mehta to jail and you? You let her out!! You remained silent while all your mother did is to hurt Ayesha ji and Avni! You know who killed Ayesha ji? Your mother! Not Avni BUT your mother! Your mother suffocated Ayesha ji to death. She stuffed pillow on Ayesha ji's face, killed her. Ayesha ji's only mistake is to love you and for that mistake, your mother killed her!! And you? You blamed that ten year old kid that she killed her mom because your mom told you that? You called that kid as a mistake, MISTAKE!! Chi, You never was, is and will be a good father! You dragged that little kid to jail under your mom's words, You don't deserve her! You don't deserve Avni, You don't deserve her!! Have you ever loved her? You know how your mother tried to kill Avni?"

Neela started breathing hard due to shouting, her breathing became irregular. Everyone started to surround here while Ashish stood rooted on the ground.

His mother killed his Asha, his mother! And what did he did ... hearing his mother's words, he pushed his child away, his Avni, his superstar!! His Asha ... His Avni ...he felt disgusted on himself!

"Avni ... my super star ... mera baccha" Ashish was mumbling while crying.

"You want to know how your mother killed Avni?" Avni stood in front of Ashish "She shot her here" She pointed the place where she got shot "She left her to die, she wanted to erase Ayesha maa's morals and left her to die!"

Avni's voice went lower and lower with each passing words as tears escaped her eyes, sliding down her cheeks.

"She killed that Avni who wanted nothing but a normal family, all she wanted was her family to remain the same as everyone, normal, together with her parents and for that she got her punishment. Dayavanthi Mehta killed that Avni who had a hope of happiness in life, she killed that Avni who wanted to make name, gain respect for her mother, an identity for herself"

"Avv-Avni" Ashish shuttered "Maa, Maa ... Avni but ..."

"Di, Leave him, he can' - " Aman came to comfort Avni but Ashish cut in.

"Mera Superstar" It was barely a whisper but it was loud enough. "My Avni ... She - She was my everything. I can't able to go to her sports day nor her annual day but ... but I loved her and that is what made me stay away"

"Yes I was a coward, I was coward and cannot stand for my Asha ... I wanted to yet I can't. I can't because if she can stay alive and safe without me ... let it be it" He sobbed

"All those nights away from my Asha and Avni ... those scary nightmares of Maa killing them ... I had never slept in peace. That mother who did everything to make her kids survive, She was the same one who said she'll kill my Asha and baccha. I can't go against her. I left them cause I loved them. I can't go against my mother cause I wanted my family alive. I can't go against my mother because she died every day to give us a life, a hope to live. Yes I was blinded by that. Avni ... Avni is her dad's child, I let her hate me, I broke her promises every time so that she could live. She burned my pictures in front of me, She called me Mr. Mehta' I died every second, waiting for her to call me papa' I lost that right I know yet my heart longed for that. I chose alcohol, yes, to forget the pain and disappear into the world where I can see my Asha ... feel my Asha ... stay with my Asha"

"I wanted to kill myself every time I let go of my super star, every time she cried because of me. I was trapped inside the web I created myself ... that I failed as a father, failed as a husband ... When Maa told me my Aa-Avni killed my Asha, The world stopped for me, In that madness I ... I don't know what I did. I regretted every single second after my Avni went, I ... hated me for what I did with my baccha. Maa told me Avni didn't kill my Asha, she didn't tell me who it was ... I tried ...strangling her ... Kethan pushed me away, she told me lot of things ... but I went away, the guilt killing me in ... In between all this I have hurted Aladdin too ... I did wrong with everyone ... Mere bacche ko mein koh diya" He sobbed.

"I went away from them all these years ... Avni, Asha ... I tried going to them, tried to going to her ... every time someone saved me ... I was blinded by Maa, I ... She hated them ... but I can never imagi - imagine her to kill them ... two people I have loved the most in the world ... you're right, I don't deserve them ... I don't deserve"

Ashish went out of the Khanna house, crying, not turning back. Avni could only look on, tears sliding down her cheeks, the images of her childhood with her father playing before her eyes. She could see only the good times she spent with her dad before her eyes, the disappointed one pushed in the back of her head.

"Papa" Avni yelled and Ashish rooted on his ground.

Few Months Later

"Ohh ho Prakash Ji, Drive fasts na, My tillu and bahu waiting for me's na" Shwetha said "I don't wants to be late for the function"

"Hareyy Shwetha ji, We are nearly there, don't worry"

Within few seconds they reached the Khanna house. DD was out already to get them.

"Are we late?" Shweta asked DD.

"No no Aunty ji, perfect timing, let's go in"

"Haan Haan Chalo bhai, I don't want to be late for my Bahu's Naamkaran ceremony"

"Now father and mother say the name in child's ear" Pandit ji instructed Neela and Ashish while everyone applauded.

Neela and Ashish moved towards Avni. Ashish's eyes shed tears as he bend down to Avni's ears. He knows she should have got this years ago, this right to be the daughter of the Mehta's.

All these months he has begged her forgiveness. Although Avni says it's ok and all, he knows she's hurt way beyond level and he knows that.

Avni doesn't need the identity of Mehta's, She has created her own in life "Avni Ayesha" and now carrying "Avni Ayesha Neil Khanna" but It's something her mother always wanted, a place for her in the Metha house as a daughter, it's something little Avni wanted and it's Neela and Ashish's duty to fulfil it and they did, they arranged this ceremony.

"Avni Mehta ... Avni Mehta ... Avni Mehta"

The celebrations began and so the fun. Ali and Rhea took the spot as hosts and they conducted some games, Aman offered to play guitar and then everyone danced. Neil's bebe Harleen Khanna who was not in good terms with Shwetha accepted her as her daughter-in-law with heart.

Everything started to fall in place and so everyone got ready for a huge family pictures. Ashish had Ayesha's picture in his hand, Neela, Nanno and Hetal stood near the Khannas, Neil had his arm on Avni's shoulders, Amol hugged both Neela and Nanno from behind and Ali and Rhea stood near each other. Just when the photographer was about to click the picture, a voice stopped them.

"Seems my champ has forgot her crackpot"

Avni stilled as she heard the word champ' and crackpot' in the same sentence. She forgot to breathe as she turned to see the doorway. She could see only the silhouette of the person due to the light but soon he become visible.

"Crackpot ... crackpot" Avni couldn't contain herself and rushed to Kabir / Aladdin and hugged him crying "Crackpot"

Everyone was too shocked to see Aladdin. They thought he's dead. Ashish felt his guilt relieved but it hit harder back the minute he saw Aladdin's leg. He have shot him there. Aladdin is now using walking stick.

"Don't cry now" He consoled her by hugging her back "I didn't came back to see you crying. Wow You have grown a lot" He tried to be be funny while Avni cried her heart.

"Hello everyone, I'm Aladdin and my little Avni's crackpot" He waved at everyone with a smile "Ok not little any longer"

"Aladdin" Ali rushed towards him while Neela and Nanno followed. Neil had no idea about Aladdin and so the remaining people except the Mehtas. While Ali, Nanno and Neela met Aladdin, Ashish was stood rooted to the ground.

"Where were you all these days? You went missing with that wound" Avni accused "I thought ... I thought that you were dead"

"I thought you are dead too baccha, that's why I never came back to this city which took you away"

It took few minutes for their happy reunion with Aladdin. Ashish tried to bring himself to talk with Aladdin but he's too guilty.

"Hi Ashish sir" Aladdin noticed Ashish's gloomy face and said cheerfully. That was when everyone noticed Ashish standing at the corner "Today my champ has got the name she deserved, thanks to you"

"A - aladdin" Ashish choked, trying to control himself "Aladdin I'm sorry for what I did" He came in front of Aladdin "I'm sorry" He bend down to fall in front of Aladdin but he caught him in between.

"Sir it's okay" Aladdin said but Ashish went on how sorry he's and all.

"Sir I forgave you long time ago" That was when Ashish look up "Don't feel guilty sir"

"Yeah Ashish babu don't feel bad" Everyone turned to see Tiku entering the house with a bright smile. That Tiku who went missing during the fiasco that happened fifteen years back was standing in front of them.

"Before you all attack him with questions and hugs, He saved me back and he was the one who took care of me all these years" Aladdin said while Tiku smiled.

"And then Avni released the movie" Aladdin was narrating Avni's story animatedly to everyone.

"Next episode next week" Aladdin bowed and everyone cheered and applauded.

Everyone looked at Avni with a pride; this girl went through so much in her childhood yet she passed through all these. Avni is a fighter and she have won her battle.

That night Neil came late from his duty. He saw Aladdin standing at the terrace looking at the sky. He walked over to him.

"Uncle?" He said "You awake at this time?"

"Neil" Aladdin said with a smile "It's just I can't sleep"

"Is something troubling you?"

"Me? No, I'm good, I'm good" Aladdin said smiling at Neil "You go and sleep, you have duty tomorrow right"

"It's ok, I can give you company" Aladdin just smiled.

"Neil" Aladdin said after a long moment of silence "Never hurt my Avni, she have went through a lot. Take care of her"

"You don't have to tell uncle, I will take care of her with my life"

Aladdin smiled, looking at the sky, content with Neil's words. His heart finally felt at peace.

"Don't worry anymore Ayesha ji, Avni has Neil now" He thought.

Two years later

"Ali slowly" Rhea snapped while Ali looked at her apologetically, holding his ears. Rhea is now six months pregnant. She and Ali married a year ago.

Ali and Rhea may have gone through lot of fightings since childhood but once they turned friends, they healed each other. They both are broken in their own way and they find solace in each other.

"Sorry yaar" He said while leading her inside the Khanna house.

"I just wish that your mood swings doesn't kick in" He prayed mentally.

Seriously he had seen Avni with those mood swings at pregnancy and Neil sure had scary faces while dealing with it. And by knowing Rhea he's damn sure he'll have tough time.

"Now don't get me late for my little niece's Naamkaran function"

Ali could only nod.

"Now both father and mother say the name in child's ears" The priest instructed Neil and Avni.

"Ayesha Khanna ... Ayesha Khanna ... Ayesha Khanna"

Neil looked at Avni while she looked at him back. Everyone cheered as Avni took little Ayesha in her arms and Neil put his arm around Avni. The photographer clicked the button to capture

... The Happy Ending.

I know It's too long and draggy but I wanted to show everyone and I wanted a happy ending. Hope it's not that bad. I tried to add Avneil scenes but I can't as the story processed.
