I am sure DAYAWANTI herself will say to Ananya/Avni to marry Neil to save her reputation. She would beg and plead her. And she would do it. This will make AvNeil friendship turned into hatred because Neil would think that Avni deceived her. In this case, she actually would because she would marry him to take revenge and not love.

I agree with that. All couples I fell for didn't go this route but many others did. But in this case it makes sense because it fits with AvNeil story. We dont know what will happen but its tried and tested formula and it works.
