31/10 written update

Amrita is frustrated and wonders how to get t the locket. Naagrani appears and informs her that tomorrow night between 11 and 12 she will be able to take it of Arjun; but trying to do anything before that can be harmful. Amrita wonders if she will be able to accomplish it in an hour but Naagrani replies she has full trust in her.

Morning; puja if underway. Amrita hands round arthi to everyone. Kanak smirks at her whilst Masa passes a comment asking Amrita how she has managed to stay quiet for so long and not tried to harm the family. Amrita calmly replies that she cares about this family.

Masa and Kanak talk as Masa wonders why Amrita has struck yet and Kanak tells her not to worry as the locket is safe.

Meanwhile Bhairav says that at amavas tonight will be the right time to prove to Amrita that no matter how hard she works, she can not compete against him. He brings up a picture of Arjun and laughs as he says that Arjun loves Amrita a lot but he will become her greatest enemy as the second Amrita tries to release it, she will die. Bhairav adds that he will kill two birds with one stone – Amrita will die and so will that part of Rudra's soul.

Rudra's place…Rudra frustrated and asks the witch who is trying to kill him. She replies that it is an immensely powerful ichadaari naagin.

Masa tells Amrita that Deepavali is the time for happiness and she should try to spread cheer and not put a damper on them. Amrita smiles that she is her enemy and yet Masa asks her for light on Deepavali. She adds that she won't allow unhappiness upon the family today. Masa gives her a look and leaves as the family watch her surprised. Amrita thinks to herself that she will never allow the family to come to harm.

AA Room…

Amrita lights candles all over the room and thinks that this is her only chance. Arjun comes in and Amrita switches of the lights. She tells him that she wants to make tonight her most memorable tonight. Amrita sings Baahon me chale aao and dances around Arjun. She makes him sit on the bed and tries to reach for the locket but he gets up. Amrita stops him and makes him lie down on the bed where he goes to sleep. 5 minutes left to 12.

Amrita reaches for it. Arjun wakes up but with a red gleam in his eyes. He looks at her with fury and pushes her away. Amrita is stunned and tries to snap him out of it as he advances on her. She uses her powers on him but is unable to stop him. He grabs her hand and starts to lower it to the candle as Amrita struggles

Kids accidentally touch the locket and Shaitaani shakti returns. Arjun picks up Rahul with anger as Masa looks stunned.
