I think Ritik will go for jogging and fake Shivanya will do drama with Yamini while real Shivu is in the room. Ritik will come back and see Yamini crying and drag real Shivanya to apologize. Yamini will stop Shivu from apologizing, Ritik will leave after giving Shivu bhashan on his mom ki achai. Shivu will go to her room, Yamu will taunt her, Shivu will leave to stop the hoax pooja. Shesha will take Shivanya's form again and apologize to Ritik who will readily forgive her because he cannot stand to see her tears. She will tell him she wants to do something for him and he will leave for breakfast I think. Shesha will arrange the SR3 but Ritik catches her and slaps + strangles her. I'm really hoping he pieces the puzzle together and realizes it wasn't Shivanya who insulted his mom and becomes frantic. Meanwhile Shivu may be injured or trapped by GM with Shesha's help. She will either escape or Ritik will save her. It may end with Yamini and the kids, hopefully even Ritik apologizing to Shivu for doubting her.

I watched the segment again..mostly because I enjoyed it ..a LOT...but also to figure out when Ritik caught on. Pretty early actually. Ritik isn't fooled for long..infact he does all the romance just to distract the naagin. Starting mein hi, in this scene, he figures out it's not Shivanya but the vamp naagin.
