I feel triangle aaegaa. Vani in love and Jay trying to impose his status of Adi Naag... Obviously because bani will let him...

Mujhe lagta hai the reason they threw in that dialogue about Jai being her friend was just to emphasise his second betrayal when she rejects him again. This is the man who's supposedly been jealous of her and hated her for 10,000+ years. All of a sudden he's changed? Nah. He probably wants to be with her because he thinks it gives him some darja in the naagvansh. Adi Naagin ka janam janam ka saathi and all. Pyar toh woh nahi karta Bani se...aur Bani bhi ratti par pyar nahi karti usse. She practically waved him away from across the room today when he asked her how she was...he's irrelevant. Ho sakta hai Bani ko shock lage from Jai being all "we're destined, yo", but I don't think it'll change how she feels about him or Veer for a second.
