I agree with you. He may assume also that Bani does not remember the past unlike him??? But who knows, Bani had told him, "Pichle janam ka hi paap hai, tum dekh lo, pata laga sakte ho to laga lo." So he may know that she remembers the past as well.

Just to add on to that when teer was killed veer did not looked into teer's eyes to see who killed him even though he was doubtful that a mear human can not kill a cheel.

But when jai killed a human veer looked into his eyes(usually it's a naag power to see into dead person's eye and see who killed them) and saw who killed him. What if veer already looked into teers eyes as well. And he knows that bani is a naagin😳

Or did he got this power after marrying adi nagin??

Cheels also have the power to see with their special vision who killed another cheel or human by looking in their eyes, like Nagas. When initially, two cheels were killed by Bani, that time also Veer checked their eyes, because before dying they told that a Naagin was killing them over a call to Monil.

When that motorbike person died, Veer was following an ichchadhari Naga, which when he checked in the dead person's eye, turned out to be Jai. The Naga had breached his Rudraksh ka Mayajaal, which Bani with her devoted chanting of Bholenath's name, crossed without harm.

Veer is always been suspicious of Bani's average human avatar but hasn't been able to prove it.
