Naagin 5 families give me the vibe of a very twisted Ramayan of sorts

Heya guys, whatever I am writing is completely my personal opinion, and I have no intention to offend any sentiments here regarding the original text. What I am trying to point out is the twisted Ramayan context of the 3 main families here - Sharmas, Mathurs, and Singhanias. It's like the families are designed in a very weird style which reminds me of Ramayan.

Sharmas and Mithila

Four Sisters, Sita the adopted sister, avatar of Lakshmi. Favorite of Janak.

Four Sisters, Bani the adopted sister, and the one with special powers (Naagin). Father completely dotes on Bani. The only difference is the Cinderella-type twist added to it. One step-sister adores her, and the other two stepsisters and mother hardly care for her.

Singhanias and Ayodhya (**I know its the weirdest thing, but I told you its a twisted Ramayan.)

Four Brothers. Ram the favorite son and also an avatar of Vishnu. Dasharath the overprotective dad. Stepmother Kaikaye.

Five Brothers (Daksh who may not live too long). Two brothers belong to the younger brother. Veer the favorite sarphira son. Overprotective greedy dad Balwant on the lookout for Naagin. A stepmother (maybe??). The twist in the tale is that they are shady, filthy rich, and criminals. They don't have a moral compass or conscience, to begin with, and they feed on the dead.

Mathurs and Lanka (**Now, don't get me wrong here either. But main kya karun? Sabki family setting hi ajeeb hai.🤔)

Ravan, the big brother. Surpanakha - the annoying tantrum oriented sister, Vibhishan - the wise brother

Big brother Jai looks after business. Two other siblings - Arohi, the borderline overprotective sister and Ayush, the loving goofy brother. Absent senior members, only shown once.

Can someone please care to explain, why these 3 families have been written this way?

Will all four Sharma sisters marry all the four existing Singhania brothers like in Ramayan?

Will Jai turn into Ravan?

Is Veer, a Ram in the making or something?

I really want to understand why have these families been written this way because it has been a while since I am getting this feeling. Sharmas are still fine. But in Singhanias and Mathurs case, the Ayodhya and Lanka context is totally reversed.

4 beti ki shaadi Singhania k 4 bete se hogi ya pata nahi, sab keh rahe hai Tapesh k saath Meera hogi and Vani toh we know. And main khud honestly uss ponky monky jo bhi nam ho unke liye tahek mahek ko set kar lia hai 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 best rahenge yeh do 🤣

Veer Ram banega ki nahi idk but definitely he will turn positive. Matlab he is bigre huye bacche but not criminal like others. So definitely he will turn positive.. Ram jaisa hoga ki nahi idk but I love Veer's attitude and sarcastic nature. so woh rehna chahiye..

Baaki Jay.. Woh villain banega woh bohat logone hi predict kia hai. So dekhte hai. Definitely there will be a twist in his character.

Ram jaisa banega ye zaruri nahi, lekin ek baat to hai ki ghar se alag zarur ho jayega pyaar ke khaatir. Jaise Ram vanvaas pe nikle the, Veer ka bhi apna ek journey hoga.

Waise yaad hai na, Sita ke swayamvar me Raavan bhi aaya tha, par muki khake gaya tha. Ultimately Ram ko hi Sita mili thi. Yahaan Ram aur Ravan kaun hai, ye humko pata chal jayega kuch episodes me😆

Tahek Mahek k saath Monil Ponky hoga bhi but yeh bhi sach hai unn dono ko marna hoga Coj they killed Noor. So woh pata nahi kya hoga..

Obviously Veer will go against of his family for Bani.. Yeh toh samajh hi gayi hu ab tak. Specially jab usse uss kaale dhandhe k baarein mein pata chalega

Kaun hero kaun villain yeh sayad samajh hi gaye hai bas dikhana baki hai 😅

I must say I am amazed by your observation. 👏👏

Now coming to it when I think of this,it might have a possibility as this era is Kalyuga so we cannot expect everyone to be good good just like Bani's sisters.

Also, in kalyuga Ravana is in disguise. So Jay can have traits of Ravana. About Veer and Ram's similarities, Shree Ram is Maryada Purushottam, a perfect human being and Sita Maa always wished to have Shree Ram as her husband in all births. So this might be a possibility that if Veer Bani get married then Veer will respect her, support her and love her. There might be some issues but he will trust her always.

It could be a modern retelling. We cannot say what will happen but I did like this theory.

Veer can be Ram but Jai as Raavan? I don't think so

But yeah the story is twisted.

Jay as Raavan? 🤣 🤣 🤣 He doesn’t even look like a naag, how will he play Raavan unless Mohit gets replaced.

See, I am not sure whether Bunky and Monil are meant to die. Utkarsh would not play a character to be popped off so soon. So we have to consider, that these two may survive, only and only because Veer and Bani fall in love with each other.

Obviously Veer will go against of his family for Bani.. Yeh toh samajh hi gayi hu ab tak. Specially jab usse uss kaale dhandhe k baarein mein pata chalega

He will go against his family to protect Bani at all costs. Let's see if he comes to know about her Naagin identity, because I think he has his doubts like when he said - "Iss drink me zeher to nahi milaya". Then he will all the more need to protect her.

See, I think Jai villain na bhi bane I don't mind and bane bhi to I don't mind. But I would choose Veer any day with Bani over Jai.
