Yaa the digital success point made me also think that she is talking about this season's success only. And then her referring to Surbhi, Pearl and Anita being stars also sort of underlines she was talking about N3 only.

Surbhi is such a kiddo her expression was legit like a lil girl gleeing when EK was talking about Naagin's success 😆

Having watched a few minutes now I sort of get the point you were trying to make about EK acknowledging N3's success.
