Hey everyone. Firstly, I am bad with introductions and starting up a conversation. So, I will straight away introduce myself, I am Shenz. I have been watching Naagin Season 3 and I do like the fresh pairing of Pearl and Surbhi. And BeHir have been absolute love. Especially, the famous Mahir ji.
Secondly, I haven't been much active on the forum on a whole, and I had just read one Short Fiction on these two but that was long back. Honestly, I have been wanting to write something on these two for so long but could never materialize it.
So finally with the latest episode, I had this particular thought and I really wish to witness something playful between the two after such an eventful night. So, here's one of many versions of the playful morning. Hope you all enjoy!

BeHir One Shot: Mischievous Morning
Mahir couldn't recollect the last time he had a sleep as peaceful as the one he just had. The reason lay right next to him or rather on him. A warm smile crept across his lips as he recollected the events of last night. Without a doubt, since the last couple of days, the healthy exchange of words had grown playful with each passing conversation they had. And, he has surely been enjoying each and every bit of it.
Even with the all the chaos his so-called namesake brother, Yuvraj had created, Mahir only found his relationship with Bela growing stronger. The shift in their relationship and the smooth transition wasn't missed either. Neither did he miss the ease with which she seeked comfort from him nor did he fail to register the feeling of absolute contentment everytime he pulled her in his arms. Her expressions were a delightful treat for sore eyes.
Oblivious to the surrounding and the thoughts that ran in Mahir's head, Bela squinted her eyes. The sunrays had filled the room with enough light through the thin curtains to annoy the peaceful sleep of hers. His thoughts came to an abrupt halt as her nose scrunched and her lips rolled out. Tightening her grip on him, she hid her face into his chest and he willingly pulled her close. Last night she hadn't just returned him the favour but also made a few. She had taken the lead and her willingness to do so was enough to make his heart swell with joy.
She hadn't accepted her feelings for him but hadn't denied them either. Everytime she had willingly submitted herself to the igniting desire between them, only to withdraw the last minute. He knew, the reason couldn't have been uncertainty in her feelings. If he read her, like he claimed to, he could see the faint hesitation in her eyes. It had nothing to do with her feelings but the truth that she had been dreading about. The one truth, that according to her, had the potential to pull them apart, to make him walk away.
There's no such thing, Bela. Nothing in this world, nothing about you could ever make me love you any less,' he thought.
A splash of warm breath spread across his exposed chest and her nose scratched against his flesh in an attempt to get rid of the beaming sunlight. His lips curled into a smile as he saw her futile attempts to shield herself. Her fingers curled onto his jacket, pulling him closer. He couldn't suppress the soft chuckle at her cute antics. "Mahir, she groaned. To his surprise she had addressed him without a ji'.
"Ji, Bela ji, his words reflected the curiosity as he teased her. He could feel her lips moving against his skin but her voice has nothing but inaudible. He was being teased unknowingly. The amount of little patience that he has been holding onto for his dear wife was being put to test. And, it had his doubts of being able to hold back for long. Lowering his mouth close to her ear, he stated, "Don't start a game you wouldn't play till the end, Bela.
She rolled her head back with eyelashes fluttering as she fought the sleep away. His eyes held a glint of mischief while his smile warmed her. Blinking away the sleep, she tried to understand his words. With a puzzled look, she asked, "Game?
"Haan! Jaanlewa games, he feigned seriousness as he answered. She regarded him for a moment, trying to figure out what he was getting at. Instead, he added further, "In fact, tum par toh sexual assault ka case hona chahiye.
"Mahir ji, her eyes widened at his comment.
"Kya Mahir ji, Mahir ji? Tumne joh raat bhar mere saath kiya hai na, usse advantage lena kehte hain, the purposely intended pause did the trick of leading her thoughts to a certain direction.
"Accha, she narrowed her eyes at him and asked, "toh aisa kya kiya hai maine raat bhar joh aapki izzat khatre mei padd gayi?
"Tumne raat bhar mujhe apna personal favourite teddy bear samajh kar cuddle kar rakha tha, the mischeivous smile on his lips drew all her attention.
"Aur aapko usse problem hai? her eyes widened with amusement as she enquired.
"Bilkul nahi, he shot an instant reply, "not that I have a problem but, he cut short his words for an effective pause while she patiently waited for him to answer. "I should at least get paid for it, her brows arched at his suggestion as he continued, "you know, some sort of a fee to become your personal teddy. She exactly knew what he was hinting at.
"So now, the great businessman, Mr. Mahir Sehgal wants payment? Ab aapke paas sab kuch toh hai; aapko koi kya de sakta hai,she asked with a thoughtful expression while suppressing the thought bubling in her head.
"Offo Bela! Cash nahi chahiye, kind se mera kaam chal jayega, he hinted with a playful wink in her direction. Her brows arched questioningly at him, to which he readily replied, "Kal raat ki tarah phir koi nazrana mil jaye toh, his words trailed at the end, poking at endless possibilities. His fingers toyed the loose strands that slid across her cheek as he gave her the time to process her thoughts.
"Aur agar mai na du toh? she challenged him.
His stunned eyes shot up to meet hers and complained, "Kya yaar, Bela? Aise thodi na hota hai.
"Accha toh phir kaisa hota hai? Bataiye zara, she shot back and without giving him a chance to reply, she continued further, "Firstly, yahan aapki koi business deal nahi chal rahi jahan aapke terms and conditions chalengey. And secondly, you never know, what if I find a cuddler for free?
As soon as those words left past her lips, his expressions dropped. The change was visible to her and she realised the reason soon. Cursing herself, she raked her mind to lift up his mood. While it was always Mahir who cheered her up in her worst times, she realised that she hadn't considered his emotions much in the past. And Mahir definitely was a pro at it.
Before Bela could even a single word, Mahir's expression faltered, "You never know, I might find someone who is willing to pay me for the service I provide, that too on my terms and conditions, his grin widened. "Maybe, Rinky, he innocently suggested.
The smokey red and the jealous green were quite visible to Mahir as his wife outrageously fumed in his arms. Fortunately, he wasn't the only one in the relationship with the possessive streak. Bela was territorial as well. There was no way in hell, she would let another woman even glance at her husband with the slightest of interest. He was hers; like she was his. All of him.
"Theek hai, she pulled herself out of his loving embrace and shot up on the bed. He followed her que and sat up. "Jayiye, she signalled at him towards the door. To say that he was dumbfounded, would be an understatement.
This is not possible,' he mumbled to himself. She is about to blast,' he thought, sending his prayers to the almighty.
Sensing no moment beside her, she looked at him from the corner of her eyes, "Kya hua? Ruk kyun gaye? Jayiye, she blasted. "Mai bhi toh dekhu, aap kaise kisi aur ke kareeb jaate hain? Folding her arms across, she turned her head on the other side.
Leaning into her, he dipped his head closer. His breath tingled across her earlobe and she in turn inhaled deeply. The feather-light brush of his lips on her ear was electrifying. "Mrs. Bela Mahir Sehgal, he purposely addressed her to reinforce that they belonged to each other. "Sorry, mujhe ab yaad aya, he let his smile drop while his eyes searched her face to gauge her expressions as he spoke. He further added, "Rinky cannot avail this service. It's special, a slight curve tipped on her lips at his words. He knew that he was heading into the right direction. "Fortunately or unfortunately, yeh service aur aisi tamaam services exclusively sirf meri wife ke liye available hai. Only and only for my wife, my Bela.
Her lips tipped into a full smile as she tilted her head to face him. "It better be, she warned yet unable to conceal the smile. Leaning further into him while she worked on peeling his arm away, she quickly kissed him on his cheeks, "Aapki fees, she stated with a wink. Amused with her actions, he didn't notice that she has already slipping out of the bed. And by the time he realised it, she was out of his reach.
"This is not fair, Bela, he cribbed from behind, climbing out of the bed.
"Everything is fair, Mahir ji, after all this is, she reasoned only to be interrupted by her husband.
"Love, he cheerfully completed with a toothy grin.
"Naah, us,she corrected before closing the door behind.
