Age difference

Guys, some thing struck me while watching yesterday's episode. Bella has been going on about her 100 years old love since the beginning. So Bella must be at least, 120 -125 years old. I mean she did not fall in love as soon as she was born right? So according to human logic, she must have fallen in love and that to with her mom's blessings when she was somewhere between 20-25 years of age. Right?

Well let's see it like after 100 years penance naagin becomes ichadhari... Considering the face that Ruhi was a just converted ichadhari (her face couldn't be fixed) she must not be that old human(?) don't know about kid Bella/Ruhi! So in terms of human kind Bella's not that old😛
