Marriage venue

Mahir and Bela are childhood friends from school living in same neighborhood. Their marriage is fixed as business proposal more than arranged marriage by families. Bela has been in love with Mahir but is not able to win his heart despite being best friend.

The whole house is decorated with lights and flowers on every wall and curtains. People start coming in for engagement ceremony. Zoya is given contract for the whole marriage event including decoration.

"Please hurry up, there is very less time left Zoya asks the workers

Poonam (Bela's mom) : Zoya everything is all set dear, Panditji said at six sharp is exact time for marriage

Zoya : aunty don't worry, we are almost done, and you relax leave everything to me

Poonam : when you are here? do I need to worry for anything, and listen when you are done get ready okay

Zoya : sure aunt now you also get ready, after all bride'smom should look beautiful

Poonam leaves to get ready. Zoya keeps calling somebody on phone

Zoya ; god this girl, never picks her phone on time, Bela needs bridal dress quickly

A young girl is running over cars closing her ears to avoid people saying. Her feet does not stop till she reaches wedding venue. She has silver dangling earrings

"Thank god you here Zoya tells the girl

"Of course why no, after all whose sister am I turns out to be Noor

Zoya ; okay now go and give this dress quickly to Bela, she is waiting in room

Noor : okay my dear aapi, I am going (leaves excitedly)

The bride is looking at her Mehndi in palms with all lost hopes and desires unlike brides.

Noor : you are not ready yet? come on Ms bride its your marriage day

The bride turns out to be simple yet elegant with some light jewelry.

Zoya : Bela where are you lost? come on get ready your groom might be coming soon

Bela : the same marriage that have no meaning and importance

Zoya : you are still on same track, you know what I told you there is always a reason for something maybe good or bad

Bela : I felt for wrong person who does not understand importance, he have no connection with love and relationship

After a while Poonam and Vikram welcome groom's family. She gives grand welcome to Mahir feeding him curd and pulls his nose. His eyes were not showing happiness. In the procession another young and handsome guy wearing grey sherwani runs to Zoya none other than Aditya. He throws some flower to irritate her. She initially ignores but starts looking around. Aditya does not find her at place when a hand pats on his shoulder

Aditya : leave it (does not turn behind)

Zoya makes him look at her pushing and gives sarcastic smile

Aditya : hello how are you?

Zoya :Can't you see I am busy right now but no Mr pilot have lot of free time

Aditya : how mean I came to meet you canceling my all plans and taking leave

Zoya : stop battering me, I know you are here only for your friend's wedding

Adiya : look who is talking, check your phone I called you million times, no phone no text

Zoya ; as if you don't know I am not free sitting, this wedding event is so important for me and its our friends' marriage

Aditya : okay but remember I am from groom's side so you have to look after me (throws flowers at her again and leaves)

Zoya : what the hell? this guy is crazy (sees Noor smiling at them) and you what are you doing here go check lights outside

Noor leaves

Poonam : Zoya, Noor Panditji is calling for auspicious moment, go bring bela down

Zoya : okay aunty

For the First Vow, the Groom promises: "om esha ekapadi bhava iti prathaman meaning You will offer me food and be helpful in every way. I will cherish you and provide welfare and happiness for you and our children'. The bride complies in return:"dhanam dhanyam pade vadet I am responsible for the home and all household, food and finance responsibilities

Second Vow the groom says: "om oorje jara dastayaha, meaning Together we will protect our house and children'. The Bride in return promises "kutumburn rakshayishyammi sa aravindharam, which translates as I will be by your side as your courage and strength. I will rejoice in your happiness. In return, you will love me solely

Third Vow, the Groom says, "om rayas santu joradastayaha by which he means May we grow wealthy and prosperous and strive for the education of our children and may our children live long.' In return the Bride promises, "tava bhakti as vadedvachacha, meaning I will love you solely for the rest of my life, as you are my husband. Every other man in my life will be secondary. I vow to remain chaste'.

Fourth Vow, the Groom declares "om mayo bhavyas jaradastaya ha by which he means You have brought sacredness into my life, and have completed me. May we be blessed with noble and obedient children' In return for this promise, the Bride says "lalayami cha pade vadet, by which she means, I will shower you with joy, from head to toe. I will strive to please you in every way I can'.

Fifth Vow, the Groom says, "om prajabhyaha santu jaradastayaha, which means You are my best friend, and staunchest well-wisher. You have come into my life, enriching it. God bless you'. To this the Bride says, "arte arba sapade vadet or I promise to love and cherish you for as long as I live. Your happiness is my happiness, and your sorrow is my sorrow. I will trust and honor you, and will strive to fulfill all your wishes'.

Sixth Vow, the Groom asks, "Rutubhyah shat padi bhava which means Now that you have taken six steps with me, you have filled my heart with immense happiness. Will you do the kindness of filling my heart with happiness like this for all times?' to this the Bride replies, "yajna hom shashthe vacho vadet meaning I will always be by your side'

Seventh Vow, the Groom says "Om sakhi jaradastayahga, by which he proclaims We are now husband and wife, and are one. You are mine and I am yours for eternity.' The Bride accepts this proclamation and says "Attramshe sakshino vadet pade, which means As God is witness, I am now your wife. We will love, honor and cherish each other forever.'

Pandit : you fill hairline with vermillion

Mahir looks at her with disbelief while Bela decides to fulfill all vows and her duties wholeheartedly. He puts vermillion in her hairline with no emotions and ties nuptial chain in neck.

Panditji : now you both are official husband and wife take blessing of all elders

"Yes uncle, everything is ready, after ritual both can go to hotel, if you don't mind me and Zoya will drop them off Adi offers

Sehgal house

Sumitra welcomes Bela first in the house. Though she has known her from long time, relations have changed.

Sumitra : now push this urn of rice and put feet in red water walking inside

Sumitra : you both might be tired from all ceremonies and ritual

After all ceremonies Aditya and Zoya goes to drop Mahir Bela in hotel for wedding night

Noor gets her phone out and tells them to smile

Bela nods and goes inside. After a while she comes out and finds him waiting for her desperately.

"Look we are childhood friends till today we both shared everything be it our happiness, or pain but today things have changed Mahir sit next to her

Bela : but you didn't want to marry me, when foundation is baseless marriage does not exist for us

Mahir : because I don't want to give you false hopes you are my friend tonight is our wedding I want to give you something

Bela looks at him confusingly

Mahir ; our marriage be without love but I will fulfill all promises of marriage we took

"And I will also fulfill my all duties of protecting you from all danger Bela tells him

Both hold each other hands in front of moon starting new life

Mahir : by the way spicy chilly you look real ghost in this dress and make up

"Mahir, I won't spare you Bela starts throwing things at him

Mahir ; I just said you are ghost don't prove that please what will people say you turned into witch on marriage night

Bela : shut up don't irritate me, I am starving from whole day and you are making fun of me

Mahir : okay i am sorry stop, you go and change I will order something, usually bride brings milk for her husband but look here

Bela : excuse me I am not an ordinary bride, go and order some food

Mahir : hey you are not supposed to order me go now

Both shares good laugh after long time

In car

Noor gets dropped in library for some work but unknown to everybody she meets Arjun

Arjun : always late

Noor : what do you mean? I was helping my sister in wedding

Arjun : you are talking as if it was your sister wedding

Noor : right, my sister's wedding will be very grand that whole city will remember, and I will decorate everything with my own hands

Arjun : I didn't ask whole future, when time will come your hands won't even work

The librarian tells them to be quiet

Adiya : where are you lost?

"I am very tired Zoya gets sleepy

Aditya ; no way, after long time you are in my hands then I have to go

Zoya : again? god, this is what happens when professions are different

Aditya ; then we can do one thing, lets get married and problem will be solved

Zoya (hits on his shoulder) : at least think before saying anything

Aditya : what wrong did I say? our partnership will be the best

Zoya : no change okay, I am not in mood to get married right now

Aditya ; alright fine, I have very good idea (stops the car near stall)

Zoya : why did you stop here

Aditya : because I am hungry, lets have ice cream which flavor you will have

Zoya : I am not in mood

Aditya : don't be so grumpy madam

"Mango, vanilla, raspberry Zoya says

Adiya : I am not a vendor

Zoya : mango flavor (laughs)

Aditya gets vanilla for him and mango for her

Zoya : thanks for this treat, I feel better this wedding planning is big headache

Aditya ; at least you stay on earth, my job too dangerous, I take risk of so many lives

Zoya : by the way I hope you took some off we all are going for holiday

Adi : but why should we go to Mahir and Bela's honeymoon

Zoya : come on it will be fun, on mountain sorry i forgot you are always at sky

Adi : don't make fun of me, where are we planning to go Kashmir?

Zoya : no in Ooty I heard very nice tourist and there is is big palace

AdI : I hope being wedding planer didn't make you boring

Zoya ; thats Noor's departement she is fond of history of places

Adi ; how is ice cream

Zoya ; very nice, but nobody can compare our Mussorie's food

Adi : really? then i will definitely visit once

Zoya : you should, but not right now till I am here when I go back you come

Zoya ; once we come back from trip, till then I told Maria to handle office, listen I have to go back now

Duo starts heading to Zoya's house.

Later both goes to sleep after long tiring day of wedding.

Siddique mansion

At midnight Zoya feels restless and is unable to sleep. She does not disturb Noor and walks downstair in kitchen. A shadow passes from window scaring her
