There could be two reasons behind this.. One is that she got to know very well that Mahir will not have any physical relationship with her after marriage and Yuvi would try to have one as he was desperate when compared to Mahir..

The reason could be that Bela feels (like she mentioned in yesterday's episode) that Mahir had the gun in his hand and he killed Vikrant so she probably wanted to marry the killer and kill on her own. Yuvi was a molester and I guess he did not mind Vish killing Yuvi instead of her.

Anways with EK's style of Naagin, always the male lead is misunderstood for being a killer or being involved. Later the truth comes out and the Naagin falls in love!!!
