Everything started with Andy Sehgal buying the haveli and the land adjacent to it. And that scene where the pandit said that the naags will definitely protect the Mandir was done pretty elaborately. So it's clear that the scene holds importance in the coming episodes. My guess is, Bela is the naagin who came to protect the Mandir from the Sehgals. That's why she agreed to marry Yuvi despite his philandering ways.

1)what if bela is rocky-shivangi's daughter...but when shivangi died she was not pregnant with rocky's baby...its just a guess...but i feel bela is connected to shivangi...there is definitely connection becos shivangi did say she will comeback and will not let another naagin suffer like her and also the mystery is unsolved why ritik-rocky together killed shivangi..maybe bela is the link...this is one possibility i thought of...

2)or it could be just bela is the protector of the temple...she wants to stop the Sehgals to destroy the temple and build their hotel

3)or it could be bela in disguise of ruhi and vish is her friend...they both partners in revenge...pretending infront of Sehgals so that they can get easy entry into Sehgal family
