Of course Surbhi's character is a Naagin . She's even shown in the Naagin get up in the banner . It's a thinly veiled attempt to create suspense , just like they did in S1 , by introducing Mouni's character as a normal girl and Adaa as the only Naagin.

Can this be possible ki Surbhi Jyoti is a reincarnation of Shivangi. I mean today they showed na Shivangi said mein wapas aaugi sacch janne to sahed I was thinking ki she come back as Surbhi. SJ naagin hi hogi but abhi uski char jo hoga use pata nhi hoga ki wo naagin hai may be after sometime like Shivangi ko 25yrs age pe pata chala wo naagin hai , aisa kuch ho sakta kya?.

Even I thought so too. Shivangi even said that what happened to her should not happen to another naagin. But they said pretty specifically that Shivangi's story is over. Also if Bela is Shivangi's reincarnation, then wouldn't she be more interested in taking her own revenge. Also how will Pearl's character fit into all this.

But while dying Shivangi said na ki she will come back to know why her father and her husband killed her thats why I thought. I saw that Naagin movie where Reena Roy was naagin and Ekta father Jeetu ji was there, Naagin herself was villain there and Ekta told in many interviews she will take some ideas from her dad's movie. Pata nhi kya hoga, I want ki Surbhi ki char Shivangi ki hi reincarnation ho atleast ek connection rahega na.
