What a crappy execution..

Makers had a good chance to revive their show with this gareebi track.

They could have made it realistic with every Raichand contributing in their own way.. But no.. They had to ruin that as well with ott drama.

Now I don't have any hopes left with the new track.

The writers cannot think of anything apart from a set formula. They all start well but as the show picks up audiences/ is hooked with the lead pair, the story comes back to time tested formula of a daily soap opera. It will be deemed as a failure if any of the stuff u mentioned(marked bold) & what i wrote in the first para are not there. It is another story that we don’t want this crying buckets/ bhari bhari dialogue wala soap operas!

I wish they kept it short like other Asian dramas where the show has max 13-14 episodes..

For quantity, quality gets compromised every time

Confession - I have tried watching Schitt’s creek like a million times - and I haven’t gone past season 1 🙈 but that’s the first thing that comes to mind when you hear of a riches to rags story.
I hate how horribly they’ve dramatized this - with not an ounce of sense.

Ypu must watch it, I highly recommend. I think you will love it. Especially season 2 onwards. It's so well written and executed.

Dare I say, Iqbal is an extremely handsome guy and an excellent actor but his performance has been complimented so well by Rachna. Haven't seen his previous shows, but when I looked them up, this is the best pairing. What a pity, their chemistry is wasted and we are heading to another love triangle.

Why don't they get one of our Forum-walas for ideation. Apart from Extramarital, obsessive lover, past lover there are challenges/ hardships that a couple go through.

I think everyone is holding on because of Iqbal and Rachana's performance and chemistry. I see clips on Iqbal's fandom pages and his pair with Rachana has been the best dare i say

The entire issue is execution. This track is not bad in its entirety cause Amba being Amba had to strike back with full force but they have dumbed down everyone to make Vidhi shine. The loss of balance of dialogues and screen space is annoying.

Even if Iqbal was away, they can use abhi, satyavati and chitra sensibly. They stand silently in every scene but Vidhi is constantly talking. They do a very decent job managing Amba and Yogesh's scenes and dialogues so well but some how Raichand house has become too chaotic.

Seeing priya back was such a refresher

The problem is they keep pivoting as per the trp audience. It's never a bound script, unlike the Online OTT platforms. These guys too could have taken a break and come back with strong story line.

And I have learned not to take any fictional character / show seriously anymore... recently read the book, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*^%^%^K and that really changed my perspective about a lot of things... including how I watch and consume any content. The book is a fun read!

Yes it's all fiction afterall... they all start with a good story, but the magic quickly vanishes! But the fact that this show has managed to stick around for 9 months now (and has consistently been the TRP topper on Star Bharat) also speaks a lot about the hard work and dedication the entire team has put till now (not just the actors)... 👍🏼👍🏼

For that, I want to give a shoutout to everyone involved with the show 👏👏👏 TV business, like all entertainment businesses, is ruthless! 😭😭 Shows come and go in a blink and miss... only a few survive while giving a sane story! So, in that respect, I would say NUKSH turned out to be worthwhile time investment for me!

And this forum is my jaan... I know that I will stay connected with many of you for a long long time... ❤️❤️
