Part 13 :

That night, neither of them could sleep thinking about what the future holds for their relationship. It was only in the wee hours, that Dev caught some sleep by holding on to Vidhi's hands. When he woke up the next day, he found the bed empty beside him. Recollecting the events of the previous day from Amba's shocking revealation to Yamini's confirmation to the promise he made to Vidhi, with a heavy heart, Dev gets ready for the day. When he freshens up, he sees a bouquet with beautiful white carnations was kept on the dresser. He fondly took it into his hands and reminisced the beautiful date he went on with Vidhi. Just then Vidhi comes in with breakfast and looks at Dev being sad. She comes and hugs him from behind and he is brought back to the reality. Dev tries to get away from her which annoys her a little, but she tries to cheer him up yet.

Vidhi : Dekhiye na main kya banayi hoon aaj.. aapke favourite gujiye.

Dev : Vidhi...mera khane ka mann nahin hai

Vidhi : Aise kaise nahin hai.. maine itne pyaar se jo banayi hai sirf aapke liye

Dev : Aaj nahin..

Vidhi : Theek hai.. par mere liye ek bite to leejiye na please

Saying so she brings a small piece to his mouth which he eats. They both are lost in each others eyes thinking about some fond memories. Each of them in their own dilemmas but with the same fear of losing each other. Dev leaves for office for an important meeting, while Vidhi goes to Milapini maa to pray for their future. In the evening, Dev gets a message from Vidhi to meet her in Balghar. He goes there and is surprised to find no one in the vicinity. He moves to the garden area. He inadvertently has a smile looking at the beautifully decorated area with scented candles and lights on stands adorned with rose petals. He walks on and sees the patio covered with white curtains and a small table being set in the middle with candles on it and some dishes. He can't help but forget his woes for a moment and looks around for Vidhi. She comes from behind dressed beautifully in a red saree and his heart skips a beat looking at her. She elegantly walks towards him with a smile that can brighten up each of his darkest times and hugs him. He is lost in her presence, while she lets go of him and takes him to the table. Vidhi plays the perfect host in their little date by pulling the chair for him and he just follows her lead.

Dev : Vidhi.. yeh sab kaise kiya tumne aur bacche kahaan hai?

Vidhi : Socha aapko surprise doon aur bas planning ho gaya.. bacchon ko bhi do din ke liye tour ke liye bhaja hai

Dev : Vidhi..tumhe yeh sab

Vidhi : Zaroorat hai.. hamare liye.. bas aap kucch mat kahiye aur khaana khaayiyena.. maine banaya hai aapke saare favourite dishes.. leejiye

Vidhi serves everything to Dev lovingly and they have their dinner with conversation about their day.Vidhi tries to get romantic with him, she slowly moves her toes over his leg across the table. He gets wary and pulls back his legs. Dev starts eating fastly and starts coughing, she goes over to him and rubs his back and tries to make him drink water, which he hastily takes away from her. She notices some gravy at the corner of his lips and leans forward into him and sensuously wipes it off with her fingers, triggering him. Yet, Dev tries to act unfazed, though his mind was having other thoughts about his wife.

Later on after dinner , when Dev gets ready to leave, Vidhi remembers that she left her bag in the bedroom. He goes there to get it. As he enters, Dev is shocked looking around the bedroom. It is decorated beautifully with roses and lilies, with scented candles around just like the garden area and the bed was also made in white satin sheets with rose petals spread all over. He stays rooted to the ground looking at this when he hears Vidhi coming in followed by the closing click of the door. Vidhi hugs him from behind tightly and moves her hands over his torso, reaching for his suit, in an attempt to remove it. He closes his eyes, lost in her love and it takes all his conscience to stop her. He helds her hands and pushes them off his suit and turns around.

Dev : Kya kar rahi ho Vidhi.. why? Tumhe pataa haina mai already bahut guilt mein hoon...meri wajah se kisi ki zindagi barbaad ho gayi hai.. aur ab main tumhari life barbaad nahin hone de sakta hoon

Vidhi holds on firmly by her stand. She tenderly cups his face in her palms and makes him look into her eyes.

Vidhi : Barbaad.. kaise barbaadi.. pyaar karti hoon main aap se... bas aapka pyaar paana chahti hoon.. aur patni hoon aapki.. yeh haq hai mera. Kitni baar samjhaaon main aapko ki jo hua usme aapki galti nahin hai.. uss wajah se please hamari zindagi kharaab mat kijiye

He again pulls away her hands and moves away.

Dev : Maine kal hi tumhe bataa diya.. I have my reasons.. jab tak woh DNA report nahin aajaati tab tak hamare beech mein kucch nahin ho sakta

Vidhi : Aur main nahin chahti hoon ki woh kaagaz hamare rishte ko decide karein... yeh rishta hamare pyaar par tikaa hai.. mujhe isme aage jaane keliye kisiki validation nahin chahiye... aur report negative aayato bhi.. agar main uske baad aapke kareeb aaongi to apne pyaar ka insult karne ke liye main khud ki nazron mein gir jaaongi

Dev : Aur positive aaya to main apne nazron mein gir jaoonga hi lekin usse kahi zyaada dukh mujhe hoga tumhari future ke liye

Vidhi is now almost in tears, seeing her beautiful relationship fall apart. She closes her eyes and reminisces all their memories right from their first meeting to her first day at work to their first outing at khaugali to her falling in love to her proposal to his accepatance, their marriage and moments after that.. all those instances where they stood against the tides strongly. She opens her eyes determinedly and wipes away her tears. She looks fiercely into Dev's eyes

Vidhi : Uss report mein jo bhi hai main accept karne ke liye tayaar hoon to usse hamara rishtein mein farak kyun padega

Dev : Maine kal samjhaaya na tumhe.. agar woh report positive aayega to hum divorce lelenge

Vidhi : Aur uske baad mera kya hoga

Dev : Kya hoga matlab kya.. tum apni zindagi mein.. woh.. aage badh sakti ho

Vidhi : Aage badhna matlab

Dev : Woh.. woh tum..tum kisi aur se sh.. shaadi kar sakti ho

Dev is now unable to meet her eyes and turns away from her. She pulls him to look at her.

Vidhi : Uske baad kya

Dev : Matlab

Vidhi : Shaadi ke baad kya hoga

Dev is now growing restless with every second and does not respond

Vidhi : Main bataati hoon.. shaadi ke baad mera suhaag raat hoga.. aur pata nahin woh aapki tarah understanding hoga ya nahin.. bina meri marzi jaane hue woh mujh par apna haq jataayega.. mujhe hug karega kiss karega aur zabardasti se mujhe touch karega.. aur uske aage mere saath..

Dev : Stop it Vidhi.. just stop it. Nahin dekh sakta hoon main tumhe kissi aur ke saath... tum sirf meri ho.. tum par sirf mera haq hai.. aur agar kisine tumhe apna banaane ki koshish to kya aisa soch bhi liya to main use maar doonga...

Saying so Dev grabbed her face roughly and pulled her into a kiss. It was totally different from all their previous ones. Dev who always maintained a composure and cared enough to not hurt Vidhi was now in a wild mood. He was kissing her so forcefully as if the kiss would imprint his mark permanently on her. He grabbed her hair and was deepening the kiss with such eagerness that Vidhi could not match up to him, yet she loved this bold move of her dear husband, after all this is what she wanted and this is why she pushed him so far with her words. Finding herself difficult to breathe, she finally pulled away from him and looking at her swollen lips and flushed face, he got back to his senses. Dev, nervously fidgeted with his hands and held his head in disbelief.

Dev : I am so sorry... I am so sorry Vidhi.. pata nahin mujhe kya hogaya.. tum kisi aur ke saath.. ye soch bhi mujhe...

Vidhi pulled him by his collar and stops his rant with a passionate kiss. She holds on to him on her tiptoes. He melts down in her kiss and lifts her up by her waist. He realises how much he is craving for her love and so was she and puts aside all his inhibitions. Dev deepens the kiss eagerly and she responds with equal vigour. They look at each other with tears filled in eyes. Vidhi kisses Dev on his forehead and encircles his neck in a tight embrace. He cups her face tenderly and kisses away the tears rolling down on her cheeks. He lifts her slowly and carries her to the bed and carefully places her down. He too joins her after removing his suit. Dev lies beside her and admires her beauty.

Dev : Bahut khoobsoorat lag rahi ho tum iss laal saree mein.. tumhe yaad hai jab pehli baar tum saree pehankar office aayithi, pata nahin mujhe kya hogaya tha tumhe dekhke.. I think I was mesmerised

Vidhi makes a grumpy face

Vidhi : Par aapne to uss din mujhe daanta tha.. aise office saadi pehanke mat aao bolke

Dev : Woh issliye ki main nahin chahtha tha ki tum par koi line maare

Vidhi : Kya.. itna jhoot..

Vidhi tries to mock hit him on the chest but Dev is too quick for her. He grabs her hands and entwines his fingers with hers, pushing them away and gets up to lie upon her. He starts nuzzling her nose and cheeks with his and she breaks into pearls of laughter, which causes her hair to fall over her face. He gently pushes away the hair strands obscuring her beauty behind her ear with his two fingers, which move sensuously over the back of her ear to her jaw to the groove of her neck. Noticing his eyes go dark with lust for her, she melts under his gaze and shies away from him. She notices him moving off her and turns to face him with apprehension. Dev does get off her but not entirely, he is still kneeling over her. She looks upto him in confusion when he assures her with a wink. He starts unbuttoning his shirt, not leaving her eyes for a second. He goes on to remove his vest and Vidhi can't help but oogle at his muscular torso and flexed biceps. He then moves on to remove his belt and unzips his pants, causing her breath to harden. He gets back to her and removes her pallu away in a swift move and starts attacking her blouse hooks fastly. She realises that she has unleashes the beast and tonight she was in for a ride. She stops him with her tender hands and when he raises an eyebrow in doubt, she sheepishly points towards the lights. He grudgingly turns to switch off them and when he gets back, he inwardly thanks Vidhi as now the candle lights have accentuated her beauty and presicely her curves are now more prominent in the red saree under the glow of the lights. He wastes no time and continues from where he left and pulls away her blouse with help from her. Dev takes a moment to gaze at her body with a desire that makes her leg to curl up, making her look angelic. He plunges into the depth of her cleavage with his face and started licking and nibbling her bosom, creating flutters in her belly. He traces his path to her navel, leaving wet kisses all over. Finding the tension building up in him, he discards the remaining clothes off them both and finally have a passionate and an emotional union in all true senses, making them for each other. Vidhi blissfully sleeps on his chest, while sleep evades him and he spends his time looking at her serene face, thanking his stars for sending her into his life and completing him. Just then, his phone beeps and when he checks it, it turns out to be a pic from Divya showing a report stating "POSITIVE".
