I am not saying I'm surprised. In fact, I would have been surprised if she had NOT flipped. I'm saying the build up has been messed up. It's lacking the factor where we can sympathize and connect with the circumstances and the situation. The whole track has been rushed without any proper rhyme or rhythm.

Doesn't matter who interfered with what. Whatever is happening now would have been fine and good had their relationship actually taken a step forward. Some kind of bond begins to form and strengthen and then this hits them both. At that point, her stumbling and taking a step back and him supporting her would work.

Now it's coming across as Vidhi is a doormat and Dev is standing by her because she can't handle this whole thing herself and he is a nice person at heart. We are still able to see them as a pair because they are both good actors who share a wonderful chemistry.
