Dev handling vidhi discussion - Page 2

You're absolutely right in bringing up this comment that in reality it would make more sense to bring a female employee to tag along with gin. However, he is also aware of how the other employees are. In the past, they made fun of Vidhi (put glue on her chair, made her believe Dev was married to someone else and etc)..so it wasn't natural for him to take someone with him that puts him in a stronger position. Furthermore, others were equally drunk. So perhaps he didn't think it'd be a good idea as it'd make things worse in front of HP. At least, Dev knows how the father is and how to handle him in a mature manner.

In Dev's defense, they did portray HP trusts Dev. HP even wrote a letter to get Dev's opinion about Vidhi's marriage and that alone says a lot about the respect HP gives to Dev. So I think Dev knew that HP wouldn't get mad if he brings Vidhi himself (and not bring a female friend along).

That's my thoughts of course. And the way HP reacted today is 100% justified. Seeing your daughter in someone's arm in the middle of the night while she is drunk is not any father's dreams..so I'm with him on this one.

They belong to a place which is way to conservative for the society they are in.. and just they belong to that society i dont think society would change for them and get more conservative..

Its her parents who should learn to walk with time.. as Dev said clock teaches you to change with time. so they have to learn to be progressive...otherwise it wil just ruin that innocet girls life.

All HP was doing was shooting lasers from his eyes.. he had no cncern for vidhi, no worry abt her wellbeing.. he was Angry seeing A middle aged man holding his daughter that close.. but he never asked Dev anything.. ke ye kyu hua.. Vidhi ki tabiyat theek hai, use doctor ke to nahi le jana... no way.

100% true ..he never once asked is vidhi fine or not she need anything and how it happens. For him he trusts dev but cool down after listening amba whom he never met once or talked with him🤣

belive me he trusted Amba cause it gave him a chance to cancel his own perception of Dev eyeing Vidhi..

the way he was looking at Dev n Amba am dman sure he was thinking them as a couple and cause Amba defended Dev he was like acha matlab agar inhe sab sahi lag raha hai to sahi hi hoga

he is a weak minded person.. who changes his stance based on popular opinion around or based on his own comfort.. he allowed Vidhi for job when his friends supported the idea of a girl working.. agar unhe khud decision lena hota to shayad kabhi haan nahi bolte...

HP,s behaviour is like ...he has kept one body guard(Dev) for Vidhi who will always be with his daughter. Dev has done hell lot of things for Vidhi and her family...If you are a mature person you first think about your daughter...misbehaving with Dev is never be acceptable.

He cared when amba closed the door in office, he cared what his subordinates think , than asked vidhi to keep it a secret khau gali

So either he started liking her so didn't think much about it or careless immature act on his part
