Why did she not sense that there is something wrong when Megha slept with her for 2 days while Mohan slept with the kids?

Just caught the new promo. It showed some old scene of NBT and the BG voice said something like mohabbat ke ek rang se woh ab tak waakif nahi judai.

What is that supposed to mean? That MM will separate?
