Copying background scores

I have seen that after "Jyoti on Imagine tv got ended "Naa Aana iss desh mere Ladoo" has been constantly using the background music of Jyoti.. Whoever in this forum has seen Jyoti .. would definitely agree ,,

I can call them "Jyotis " background music ..because they were first and only used in Jyoti ...
