Who is DM and Abbaji?

Who is DM and who was Abbaji? When did he leave the show? No one ever said anything about him.

DM Vohra was the DM(Official term- i guess District Magistrate) for the whole are which includes Veerpur. He was investigating some cases against ammaji and when he had come for dinner to her house liked jhumar and wanted to have one night stand with her. Ammaji had sent jhumar to DM to save herself from all cases but sheela reveals that she is her daughter and hence Raghav and ammaji go and save her from DM and tell him to leave kasbha immediately.

DM tries to open murder cases against ammaji to take revenge but she makes jhumar give evidence that Dm was lusting for her and hence court dismisses case in court. DM then gets together with DV-ammaji's brother in law and Gaji to kill ammaji but sia gets shot trying to save ammaji. Ammaji comes to know DM and DV did this and hence she gets them tortured but DM somehow runs away from their clutches.

Hence he has a huge grudge on ammaji.

Abbaji - We call ammaji's husband as abbaji. He has never been mentioned or shown in serial and till now we all assume he is dead. But some are assuming the new guy who ordered jhumar killing through shera was abbaji.
