. may be some of u already know...but .... I have discovered that if u want to unlike a post that u have liked..(galthi se) all one has to do is to press " like" again.....Eureka....

I have started meditation....Yoga....taichi......as stress busters ..I have read somewhere that even crying also is kind of stress reliever........This I neednot practice... CV's and the articles are doing enough........but So far nothing has worked.....

Therefore requesting the esteemed clones to start some posts ASAP....so that we cam give laughter therapy a go.......
