Concluding from the discussion above, i would like to say just one thing.. Creating A separate page / thread for your team, does not give you the right to CONDEMN the other legends and captains.
Please Have Respect For ALL the Great Singers Of Your Country. You can support Your Respective Team as Much as Possible, but in a CONTROLLED way. this forum is open for everyone and everyone has right to post anywhere he wants and it hurts to see people disrespecting such great people of the industry. Have Respect.
Anyways, All The Best to Both The Teams. 😊
,
pl. take note of the following; Captains/ Judges should learn to respect others before they can think of getting any repect-----------------------------------
The Salient Features of MKMM of 14th. March.
1. Sankar Mahadevan had a dialogue abt his past performance, defending his actions & his stand.
The other team did not get the same say. There was constant camera focusing on SM & his----
2. He reiterates: "This is a game of music and I'm here & want to win this game some how"
Mr Mahadevan seems to have forgotten that this game involves a team of players and not "One Man
Showmanship" Extremely disheartening to see him competing with a child – Anwesha.! She is a new comer just at the threshold of her career & he is an accomplished, established composer/singer with a long standing relationship with the Jury from the Bollywood fraternity. A National Award winning singer competes with a 16yr.old child? Absolutely wrong and degrading way of using all this. Getting full marks from the Jury!!!
3. The child sang a much more difficult song, giving it's score fullest justice. Very unfortunate that Mr. S. mahadevan's friend Mr. Javed Akhtar failed to notice this. Javedji cut Shadab's marks by 50% because the singer's voice resembled the original singer's voice!!! He failed to judge the variations, the surs or the texture of the singer's voice!! All JA could notice was "Mimicry"!! Dear me!! How v. convenient to harp on that knowing that the other panelists were duty bound to be just & fair & give higher marks for the better singer of Shaan's team. He had to get hold of this chance to facilitate friend Madhavan.
4. For SM it's "icing on the cake" when once again 'his v.v. close friend' JA gets moved by the SM's 'bina sur ka pantomime" medley.
Not happy that he had done enough for his 'close associate & friend" - JA stoops to a level which has shocked the other judges/viewer.- he describes: that beautifully sung& entertaining medley of Shaan
Strikers as "Lowest Common Denominator of Entertainment".
He calls himself a poet, has been applauded for being one and he comes up with this cheap line?? Shame on him. If JA was primed to bring Shaan down t, he need not strip people of their dignity. In doing this he has lost his own dignity. No judge would have been told " That's a bit too much, that's low" –Shaan's reaction. Shaan is absolutely right.
Mr S M : If he need to win a game so badly that any trick will be used it does not say much for him. Why does not SM tell Mr. Gajji to have a one to one competition, no team involvement – Just SM against another composer or singer from the wide range : A.R Rehman, Sukhwinder, Pritam, Ismail Darbar ( my favourite)Kailash Kher, Vishal /Shakher or any other professional singer.
He can then show his mettle against : upon ke barabari . Compete with some one who is your equal SM. He no longer is "national hero".
sachh hamesha kadva hota hai; Mr. Gajji has to realise that Non Accountability is a National Problem and A ntional Shame !!
He should have curbed it from entering this platform.
