so guys there seems to be some issues ive read in my PMs! well...i can see the argument for both sides, and there definately does seem to be some unfair manipulation which we wanted to eliminate....

its kind of my fault too...one, i made the competition between Shankar and K.K. too personal....two, i told more than i should've about the poll structure....

so here is what will happen to be most fair



1. Shankar and K.K.'s scores this round will NOT count the poll ratings. it will only consist of the judges scores, and the audience portion will be made up of the people that posted in the thread.

also, obviously, new posters votes in thread won't count. and this new/old will be determined by their join date (after contest started members can't vote)



2. A new poll system will be added starting next round. and this time, I'm only going to tell ONE other person about this, sorry not even all the judges will know. the less that know the better....and i still will tell someone so they can check i'm being fair

this new poll system will be much more complex, and be different from the other ones.

ok. So as I said a new and more complex voting system will be installed.

And I will let it make its debut this Round, and it will be used to compute Sonu, Shaan, and Sukhwinder's final scores. However, Shankar and K.K. still will have the method i described to compujte their scores for the round.

This new polling system is i think more fair in terms of outputing a fair score, and also much much more complex and harder to figure out how the score came. Also, to show it does exist and there is a formula which is good, i will be telling only ONE other person about this. sorry judges, and others who i will not inform. i don't think you guys are creating problems or anything, but the less the better. And the one person i will tell is someone999. why? besides for being fair all-around, someone999 is in a time zone where he/she is sleeping when problems have occurred. also, someone999 has been for a better polling system for a while.

so if there is someone i trust 100%, it's someone999 for reasons such as unbias, time zone, and desire for a better polling system.

but for those who i don't tell, don't take it personally. i had to pick someone. and this time i'm not going to tell 8-10 people. but just realize it's fair and it works.

Wah risingabove! You've taken one of the biggest leaves out of Gajji's book - score unaccountability! Now we dont know how much our ratings count. The final scores can just be made up by you and somone999, Gajji ishtyle!

but once the contest is over, pls tell all of us the new system to maintain credibility :)

Also everyone....Round 3 ends tonight (in about 12 hours)....

There will be 3 singers remaining after that....And just like last time when there was 3 left.....we will have a Wildcard Round before Round 4!!!!


I never said there will be no Wildcard Round, however I have said no eliminated contestant can return through Wildcard. And that still holds true!

So I guess that's a good summary in what to expect. Expect a Wildcard Round. Expect 4 new contestants that were not part of the original 6. And expect it to be competitive!

And Wildcard Round will last 2 days like a normal Round.

btw, just wanted to clarify...it still will be 50% audience and 50% judges. its just that the audience score will have a different rating system...

well it will be partially based on the requested singers everyone requested at the beginning of the show but didn't make it...so in a way i already have a lot of your requests and have already chosen the 4...but i guess i still would listen to more, so if u want to send requests you can....
