Somehow I feel that Anwesha's performances in MKMM are less better than her performances in CU. In CU, she was absolutely flawless.

In CU, she used to sing with extraordinary range (You can hear the rendition of Mahi Ve') and her voice used to be more fresh. In MKMM, I find her going falsetto in higher notes in most of the times. But to be honest, I listen to this program only for Anwesha who stole my heart from the very first episode of CU. I truly pray Anwesha ko kisi ka najar na lag jaaye...she continue to be better and better each day...be perfection personified...so it was heartbreaking for me to see her not doing the best to her capability or may be my expectation from her is too much!!

I am glad to see others have the same thoughts as I do on Anwesha in this show. I have also noticed the breathlessness, something she never had in CU and also in the live performances posted on youtube. Man Mohana on youtube, in New Zealand I think, is much better than MKMM. But still, it also true that she is still much better than all the others who are really performing low in this show.

Lakhvinder Wadali's Sanu Ik Pal Chain was overdone with absurd overuse of vibrato, and I know he is a very fine singer. Same for Aneek, who did perform much better in SRGM, at least what I saw.

The same is true of everyone else. Harshit, Abhas, all used to be much better.

Is it that they have so many commitments that they do not have time to do their riyaz and also rehearse the songs? Or that there is so much noise in the audience that they are not comfortable?

Whatever it is, Anwesha should concentrate on getting her breathing and other daily exercises done: I know that 3-4 hours is the minimum for any singer maintaining their voice.

I am revisiting this post after listening to Anwesha's rendition of Tumhari Adao Pe in MKMM. I have listened to it about 5 times now. It is growing on me.

I find that I am appreciating it more inspite of the breathlessness. I also feel the tempo is much faster than in CU, what do the rest of you think?

When i listened to the whole song, i can say only one thing .. "fantastic".

Anwesha manged breath effortlessly in the later part of the song. She is reaching her best again. I was wishing it was never ending.

She did much more improvisation than wht we saw in telecast and we missed it.
Same was Aneek also, majority of his part was chopped off in telecast :(

Finally I like the rendition of 'Tumhari Aadaon Pe' by Anwesha...she is finally getting close to her Chhote Ustaad days....I wish she could sing more lines in 'Tum Aa Gaye to'

If Shaan's team goes to final, I hope she sings 'Aami Je Tomaar', 'Morni Bagga Maa Bole' and 'Mahi Ve'
