Amul Music Ka Maha Muqqabla(15th Match)

Totally today was awesome,fanasic,superb Episode..

This was a Mahamuqqabla in its true sense where the two stalwarts of Indian music came against each other with their armies.

This was also the last match before the best 4 teams enter the semi-finals. After a musical episode, who wins the big fight and confirm the team's stay in the Mahamuqqabla ' the Rockstars of Shankar or the Strikers of Shaan?..

Yes it was a great medley.
But more than that I loved Rahul and Anwesha's performance. This type of singing proves the mettle of a singer. Rahul proved it that he is a true fan of Sonu Nigam. And my God that little girl Anwesha. I hope she gets out of these reality shows soon. She is one hellva talent. Both of them have really raised the bar of singing.

Someone please tell me that this was not the only song that Anwesha sang in this match.

I like both Rahul and Anwesha as singers (Anwesha way more than Rahul, actually). And I will make all the allowances and think of all the positives- tough song, great improv., good energy, live performance etc. However, Rahul was off key so many times (in that short teaser video) that I am scared I won't be able to enjoy this performance even with Anwesha's perfection. And Shankar's running and hugging them seems over the top

I am left wanting more. 😭

I watched Anwesha's performance of the same song in the Royal Bengal Superstar stage and she was marvellous, but I hated the accompanying music. So, I was dissatisfied with that too.

Maybe it is just me. I need to recalibrate myself.

I know that how good Anwesha can be in this song, but like to reserve my comments on Rahul, will say after I see it as a whole. Rahul sang this on JJWS, nd did decent job then..

Hmmm Thanks..Am Proud Of Her Being a Anwesha fan.Thank God Anwesha is in Shaan Team,Shaan giving his best to her as Captaincy,..

She just shin'ng as Shreya shin'ed at the age of 16.Hope she will get same success as Shreya goes on..
