Sangeet And gaana

Hello,

I need your help. I am not a hindi speaker so I did not get Madhuri’s dialogue when she replies to Alia « here we call sangeet gaana » in the song gara more paradesiya.

I am not even sure that is what she told. Can someone explain me the meaning of this dialogue ?
