ok then first save it to ur computer..

2. go to www.imageshack.us and click on BROWSE

3. Select the image u saved in step 1

4. Click On HOST IT

5. It will Give u ALL the urls

6. where it says SHOW to the friends.. clik there

&. it will display the image and u right clik on it and copy the properties

7. go to ur settings--and use this --

8. so the properties go in bw

9. then clik UPDATE at the bottom..
