Vaibhav cud not handle the questions of journalists yesterday about her link ups ...THAT was the life he was choosing ! He was going to HIT journalists ...well THAT wud have been his life had he married her and he is oh so not READY for it is he ?He cannot BEAR anyone touching her ...she will have many touching her in films ! He cannot concentrate when Vicky , her husband touches her and he yells at all in the office ! He wud have been one hell of a passionate Mess if he had married Sabina who is so independent and free willed that she wud NEVER give up her acting for him ! Sabina had taken him to the mall to show him how popular she was than him and how she had an independent persona !

What for Baa to give blessing ? Is listening to any rubbish demand of child being a good parent ? Even Charu liked Devki but she was afraid of being the bad guy and speaking her mind .Well IMV does NOT fear or mind being the bad parent ...he put his foot down . I rather LIKE such parents who take a stand instead of going along with any nonsense the children do . I admire their guts .

I know many wont agree with me . But whatever he is , he found a gem for his son . Son is doing too much now , over hyping his so called love story . Others don't fall in love or what man ! Is he the only guy to fall in love ?

did he have HOSH that he was lusting after a MARRIED woman ? From his POV Sabina is MARRIEd ! It is disgusting and its hi time sumone pulls him up . His Sabina obsession has not brought him any good .His father may be lakh boora but he had not set out to harm him . He wished him the best and found the best for him .

So yea she is not his choice . But one must not pamper oneself this much . One must be matured .

Sincerely hope D leaves him .

But I side with Vaibhav's parents in preferring Devki as a bahu for Virani household . They were infinitely more practical and foresighted is my opinion .

Both Charu and IMV thought Devki was a better choice . Charu did not put her foot down and voice her thoughts forcefully as she was afraid of losing her son .

IMV did not hesitate to do it as he WAS in a position to call the shots . Rather than allow his son to make a colossal error , he used strong arm tactics and stopped the marraige .

I am not saying Sabina was bad , her profession was bad etc . All I am saying is she was not suited for THAT house .

One can say here that Sabina was suited for Vaibhav and THATS what matters . She was not marrying his business and family . I differ .

That family , that business empire and Vaibhav Virani are ONE . Those parts cannot be segregated from him . He is no ordinary man , he is the heir of a business giant , the topmost in India . His choice HAS to be responsible , not just personal .

Sabina's profession , her independent persona , her link ups , would have affected him in the long run . We see today that he cannot bear anyone touching her , he goes crazy . He cannot concentrate on work .Well , she was an actress who will have many such men touching her precariously on screen . Vaibhav wud be perpetually crazy with jealousy . Rumors folllow Sabina . She is constantly linked to directors and actors , and has had 3 relationships before . Questions r flung on her face about her link ups .

Could the Viranis afford such publicity ? That their bahu is linked with men besides their son etc etc ? Could they afford regular scenes where Vaibhav erupts and beats up journalists ?The angered journalists wud give THEM negative publicity then ...this would affect their business .

I am not saying Sabina is of bad character at all . All I am saying is this kind of publicity etc is part and parcel of an actresses's life . Even actresses themselves opt to give up acting etc 90% of the time when they settle down on marraige , plan kids etc . Coz the pressure of their profession only is such , not many can handle it . Madhuri Dixit , Kajol etc r examples .

Expecting free spirited Sabina to give up acting wud have been wrong . Not that she wud have for any such reasons . The hall mark of Sabina's character is her indomitable free spirit . True she gave up acting and fled to a foreign land for some months leaving producers in the lurch . But that was with HER wish . I doubt she wud give up acting for VAIBHAV . She dislikes chauvinism of any kind intensely . Her entire purpose of dragging him to the mall was to show him her independent persona and identity . She was proud of it . She had challenged IMV on his face by saying I can easily give ur son a few crores to start business from scratch if u disown him . If u can make an empre with a single coin why not ur son with MY crores .I do EArn that much .

Oh yes , she is very proud of her financial strength . Rightfully too .

Maybe she wud have left acting too , but my point is , why the hell wud the Viranis take this risk and this pressure ? Hell , they r in a position to command and demand , why wud they opt for THIS ?

They instead chose a girl who fitted perfectly in their slot . Was that so wrong ?

IMV was wrong to blackmail Sabina . The deed was in itself wrong . But were his concerns so wrong ...? Was his foresightedness so wrong ?

IMV did not get Vaibhav married to the daughter of a business tycoon only for money ...by that time , BB was nothing in front of IMV . He selected Devki with deep contemplation . He was mighty impressed by then with her intelligence and flair for business . He visualised her by his son's side , expanding the business to international horizons .Add to this , the bonus points were same caste same religion ...Devki was a gujrathi who understood their customs well . Devki was well bred , he knew she had the culture to take care of his full family . Hence he picked Devki up . She had many plus points that benefited his family .Sabina did not . He once told Charu that although he loved business he wud not get a rich boy for Nirali who was hopeless in anyway . Same way , he wud NEVER sacrifice Vaibbhav for his revenge agenda .He wud instead get the best for him in his revenge agenda.

And so , even in his revenge against BB , IMV saw to it that Vaibhav gets the best . When he smiled and told Baa that trust me , I am getting the best deal as a Dad for Vaibhav ..trust my love for my son ...he was telling the TRUTH .

Vaibhav becomes a screaming mess around Sabina . He looks passionately aroused and an emotional mess ...he cannot handle her profession or the touching .

But Devki is like a soothing balm . Right from the engagement where she held his bandaged hand and put the ring on herself , Devki soothes Vaibhav by being there for him like a solid rock .

No , IMV's choice was perfecttt ...not wrong AT ALL .

Baa should have chided Vaibhav and told him that whatever IMV is , he is not wrong in this matter , he wishes the best for u . His concerns r justified .

Instead Baa brings Sabina to the mandap to disrupt the wedding . She NEVER tries to show Vaibhav the pros and cons of the tumultous affair with Sabina and a marraige with her .

Sid teenagerishly , without giving a thought had said Wow Bro , Congratz .

Charu had chided Sid . Its not just sufficient to 'LOVE" she had said .Many factors need to be considered in a marraige .

But Charu had no himmat to voice it and lose Vaibhav . So she secretly depended on IMV to do the job .

And IMV did it . Sorry , no film actress will be my bahu Charu ...he said firmly . It must be noted here that he was not interested in blackmailing Sabina just coz he got a kick out of it . He did it as the last measure ...to get her out of his son's life . He had zero interest in unnecessary personal enemity with Sabina .

His methods were wrong but his concerns were valid .Vaibhav proves his concerns valid today .

Nirali , Vaibhav and Sid don't know anything about making sensible choices . Nirali and Vaibhav act undignified , horny and pathetic around the ones they claim to 'love' . They don't bother to think if their choice suits their life , or will in the long run . They fall for the first guy or gal they get closely associated with while doing business . It proves their naivete . Sid toh was not even in love .But he believed one Miss Perfect was waiting for him somewhere in the world and was denied to him when his Dad arranged his marraige .So he did not pay attention to the gem of a gal he married for 8 years and sulked , sulked and sulked . When his bro told him he had the hots for an actress he jumped like a teenager and said Woweee .

These r IMV's children for u ...none have his foresight .

For Baa , proving IMV wrong is greater than being objective and seeking welfare of the grandchildren with common sense .
