Few things that I did-
Most imp is to change ur lifestyle..i.e proper sleeping habits (jyada der tak nai jagna r subah jaldi uthna)
Then a healthy diet..like I used to take eat daliya..nd fruits as well.It will increase your blood content nd also will add a natural glow to ur skin.😊Chai kam piya karo😊
Do oiling regularly.Matlab y bhi nai bahut jyada laga liya..then we have to use a lot if shampoo which will make our hairs dry and rough.So,normal oiling with thoda sa massage.
Dilute ur shampoo before using😊😉
I did yoga as well.It improves blood circulation in the head.
I use mustard oil bcoz ek to pure h...nd also it rejuvenates hair follicles and stimulate hair growth.To m thoda sa garam karke massage karti hu.
Try to use amla,reetha,shikakai..m use krti hu..baalon ki quality bahut improve ho jati h nd conditioner bhi use nai karna padhta.R bhi maine use kiya tha-dahi, aloevera and multani mitti. chemicals jitna kam utna acha.😉
Drink a lot of water.😆
Hairfall ka ek main reson hota h stomach problems.U know what I mean.Like acidity nd all its side effects.😆To uske liye subah subah garam paani lena chaiye..m leti hu 2-3 glass..it's good.😆😎
Don't make a lot hairstyles..tight ponytails or tight buns and all.Raat m make sure that ur hairs are loosely tied..it's better to make plates.😎
