You need to click QUOTE if you want to reply to particular person's comment.

and yes, you have limitations daily 5 comments until you reach to 25 comments, the i think 25-100 comments you get 10 comments each day.. then your limitations are gone.. you can search on IF about promotions. But you can still use like button to let us know you are reading our comments..
