Actually jo dusra if me hai wo yeh log normally court ke liye use krte hai....so may be court scene bhi ho sakta hai...bcoz aajke episode me to vai mar chuka hai...he is been taken in ambulance also to vai ka zinda hona possible nahi hai...ho sakta hi someone saved pri and she is critical condition but is brought to tell the incident and whta vai did...

I think u r right as this phase has a lot of scope for the development of the characters & there is also a possibility that vir may realise pur's importance in his life,a sort of emotional attachment with her,the depth of their relationship and vice versa.
