Molkki Episode Discussion Thread - Epi 23 Updt on Pg 142 - Page 11

In yday epi the foundation for PurVir are set although I was surprised by their scenes which i thought CVs ll give us in future episodes but am happy the makers are giving us little dose of their cute scenes. It was funny hw Purvi was staring at Virendra when She saw him behind the wheel😆 and the latter reply "stop staring and get in the car"🤣

I love the dupatta and touch scene ...filhaal Purvi is the most affected here in a sense with Virendra babu touch and proximity 😳

Also when She said it's the 3rd time in her entire sitting in a car ...awww one can catch Virendra expression there ...he was touched too...Purvi isn't ashame of her background.

Now coming to Sudha ...wht a mess She is ryt now ....those evil people hv brought her only for their pleasure and being a slave🤢...she is both mentally and physically tortured.

Here the makers are showing us the dark side of Molkki trade...and I think it's Purvi who ll give her justice and free Sudha from her evil in laws. As Mamaji had said Purvi has all the capabilities of being a good Mukhiyani and She proved it yday as She sensed Sudha is ill-treated by her in laws and she isn't well but the latter had convinced her that all is well is another story. Sudha ll act as a catalyst in PurVir relationship i think🤔

Also CVs have shown us two sides of Molkki tradition ...one Purvi and the other one Sudha with a huge difference. Purvi isn't ill-treated and isn't considered as a slave except her Mukhi ji doesn't want to accept her as his wifey 🤔 whereas Sudha is a mere slave here🤢

Now Juhi and Manas Gosh these little monsters are so dangerous Purvi should be extra alert with them but i think She ll tame then 😉

So Purvi ll be Juhi and Manas teacher now...am looking forward when Virendra babu ll know he has his Mukhiyani books with him😆 I wanna see his reaction.

Yes. I was pleasantly surprised to get so many scenes. And there are more to come! Especially the fall and catch scene Then Mamaji will do something, maybe, and Virendra will go to his and Purvi's room and then we will get the promo scene. I wouldn't mind him being occasionally rude if we keep getting scenes where their relationship develops and they get used to each other.

True they can hv nok-jhoks or even Virendra can be sometimes rude but not extremely but there should some nice, cute and funny scenes too ....there must be a balance

5. Piyashi got her reality check ....Navin is marrying someone else....now She wanna stay at Purvi place as She can't go back home🤪

6. Last Sudha..... wht an evil in law family She got 🤢🤢....she tried to run away but in vain

7. Virendra is looking for tutor for his kids...Purvi sent her CV too...he is shocked

@Ziva01, yes, there must be a balance. I think that so far, the makers have been really good with that, hopefully the good streak will continue.

Mamaji is hell bent on making the PurVi jodi work. He already succeeded in the first step, that of getting them married. Now to make them stay in the same room. Go Mamaji, make Purvi Virendra's Dil ki rani

Thoughts on tuesday's episode

I loved the fall and catch scene, especially with Moh Moh ke dhaage in the background, that is one gorgeous song. ❤️ And I loved the little conversation they had -

"(....)....Aur yeh Krur Singh kaun hai?"

"Aap"

The look on their faces!!! 🤣🤣

I felt bad looking at the sad faces of the kids, but they do need to be punished for their ill-treatment of everyone. I don't support the slap though, that was not right. I enjoyed the dinner table conversation and Purvi's concern for the kids, as well as her resolve to take care of them as long as she was living with them. Hopefully she wins them over with her love, just like she succeeded in feeding them. And I hope they become kinder individuals, some of their acts were cruel.

I also enjoyed the kitchen scene a lot.

Mama and Sethani are planning something. I wonder what they will do.

That look on Munshiji's face when he saw Purvi's application smiley36 I wonder how Purvi will convince Virendra to give the responsibility to her?

And yes, she did look very pretty in the pink and blue combination. All of her clothes have been really pretty. I loved the one from the precap, the one the kids ruin with paint. The look she throws Virendra is pure fire. Loved that bit so, so much.

I both love and hate how this show makes us all comfortable and happy and then hits us with its grittiness with Sudha's condition or Priyashi's life. I applaud them for continuing to show the horrible side of the system, because if it wasn't for Sudha's life, our perception of the system would have been clouded by the kind treatment Purvi is receiving. I do hope Sudha succeeds in escaping that home. Maybe Purvi will come to her aid? Let's see.

Priyashi...for one, that girl is pretty naive and blind in love. More so, this is another side of society, where the dowry system is still at play and money matters more than anything. How nauseating. Whether it is the Molki system or not, a woman's worth is still being judged by the money she brings into the family. Looking forward to her story too.
