Skep i wrote this longish answer and for some it reason it wouldnt post 😡or open any new windows...had to restart the computer😡

kher, coming to your story....it was a treat👏👏👏

loved the whole raj-manpreet conversation....manpreet came across as very human rather than a vamp and raj was so mature and matter of fact about the whole shared history thing....it was rocking👏

for some reason liked it that raj called her Preet......'course when thye were together it was probably more of an endearment nd now the situation was totally different....its more of care and affection for an old friend ..the love part belonging to the firebrand.....😳

overall........this short story was a really nice break that i needed after a couple of eventful days...so thanks for this...😊

btw......will u be updating your FF tonight?

Loved the way you describes Preet...not so negative I felt about her as against the show where I just hated her...Here she steals a little sympathy...atleast from me......Yes it wasnt only her fault though she had a major part............In serial ofcouese she was a vamp but here she never appears...Why i dont know,these serialwales show vamps....its sometimes disgusting...showing only some faces some nasty plan makers and some ronu-dhonu bhashan givers!!..sigh!!....yes for TRP only!!...that was the reason MRD was transformed...
Loved that Raj was thinking about her firebrand...😃...and he lied saying that he was thinking about them...Oh!! my!...so typical of your MRD Raj...yes not serial one...he was only reduced to dumb-puppet...

Because I felt a strong connection with her."...........Yes...Skep...👏......I was so annoyed after watching those Manpreet episodes that I felt disgusted at Raj's character....yes sometimes I m ajeeb forget that what I am watching is just a serial.....I wanted Raj to say something like that...Of course that MRD dialogue writer must have been poorly paid...as Raj didnt speak anything!
"Our life is shaped by the decisions we take."......love the way he is making Preet understand that now they have diffrent paths....n a long life....so should accept the present rather than regretting..

raj really acted in a mature manner.......he frankly tells her that he does not regret at all his decision of getting married to her...........
he actually knew that it is important to move forward in life..............
I really loathed that manpreet in the serial............and here she accepts the fact that she cannot get Raj back in her life..........

As for recovering from bad decisions, some decisions are life-altering and whatever we do, nothing brings us back to track. Never. Ever. Yes absolutely ...... It's the same for her too. The only thing that is left behind is to sit and rue, but no use crying over spilt milk.

I am very happy to see that you clearly tied the end knot of Manpreet which the channel people doesn't... In real MRD.. Manpreet leaves by challenging Kranti... really stupid and not accepting the love of Raj's towards Kranti... But here in your short story, you made it clear to manpreet about Raj's decision and his true love towards Kranti... yes

And the term FIREBRAND... superb... it realy brought some colourful fireworks to the story... Me too looking forward for such wonderful creations from you... Your storyline will be next BTW thanks to Samy for this encounter concept...
