@Anshu:No wonder the actors in BV r brilliant👏..but here we r talking about the concept of the show.,..BV would hv been a masterpiece for me if it was not promoting Child marriage and instead would hv shown Anandi standing against this child marriage with her teacher..but instead what she did ??..now she is the typical child bahu who is like a pawn at the hands of dadisa...Gehna knows she will die if she gives birth to the child but still she is giving birth because of her parent's poverty issues..so what message is this serial giving to the society..to marry off your kids at an early age ??😕...ok forget BV....lets take JS for an example where a father sends his daughter to a mental asylum and kills her BF ...also tries to kill her present husband😕...show is doing fabulously in trp charts ??how come ??/...neither the story makes any sense nor the actors r that brilliant in the show..all r overacting...so how its getting trps ??😕...Problem with MRD is that it was never promoted well by the channel people..so how can they think of getting trps ??...and u know when the show was based on freedom struggle Audience rejected the track because of which they shifted to kitchen politics and then it started doing very well...but still they r axing it😕..does not make any sense actually🤢...Indian Audience can never take change to b frank or else freedom struggle would hv got more trps than kitchen politics saga which was never the case...

I had really liked Sujal before this, and he too made an unceremonious exit from TV, and now this happens to Raj. Deja -vu. Not done.. Am feeling so bad for Gavie and Prabhleen. They are such refined actors, both.

I still cant get over the shock.. and am not even dwelling on what happens to our forum after this.

@ Dew: The girl was good in the beginning but the popularity bug bit her and she transformed... 😊 Jigya is good, even girl's parents were brilliant... the acting of almost all the characters is good.

About cast of MRD, I agree to disagree, the cast must be a great one, but the acting did not click for me. Just my opinion again.

Again a disagreement here... concept was based on a tradition that still exists in Raj, MP and some of the others states. The idea of child marriage is repellent but the concept was something new and the acting and presentation style complimented that.

Well Ranjana, there are plenty of books that do not reflect our lifestyle or culture but we still read them. There is space for everything, one needs to explore that and build a great storyline. BV just did that... take it as a story based on an evilish tradition. And MRD did build on a great concept.

The popularity may have given the impression of its glorifying child marriages, but the story always stuck to its negativity.

Jyoti, I call it an intelligent serial that really had a concept and a story, and brilliant acting. About the bold part, I do not think... it ever did that... It has shown child widow problem, what happens when a young girl becomes pregnant... and etc. The societal pressure, a young girl committing suicide... and more. As I told Ranjana also, the popularity gives the impression that it's glorifying child marriage. Most people started liking the serial because of its superb acting and no lightening to conceal poor actors.

About other serial, I do not know. MRD, I have no comments... it just lost the plot.

Again a disagreement here... concept was based on a tradition that still exists in Raj, MP and some of the others states. The idea of child marriage is repellent but the concept was something new and the acting and presentation style complimented that.
