exactly skep why make MRD and the audience the scapegoat??? it would ahve been much better if the channel had decided to change the timeslot when they chose shpere as the new PH....v always felt that MRD was given step-motherly treatment and the channel decided to reacty in this way...........

but i blame the channel as well..... this whole axing the show thing must have been cooking for some time now........hardly any promos and than the repeats being cut off............the channel obviously made the decision and than started doing all this.............but they should have at least informed the PH about their decision..........it would have given them time to end things in a better manner than they'll do so now.......i mean they r riting the conclusion now............wouldnt it been better if they new about in say january so that they had picked up the pace instead of showing the whole BBR-Mamiji fiasco

the channel is to be blamed as well for the rushed treatment that v r likely to see in the coming episodes...partition and resolutuon of all problems in less than a month??? this wont leave us satisfied at all but off course the channel doesnt give a damn....well they can go to hell

Colors started as a channel somewhere in mid 2008. Unable to tell what the public wanted from a new channel, they gave a mixed bag of entertainment. A little bit of mythology and God, a reality show, Big Boss, the regular saas bahu, and MRD. The channel took off on a high with the Mytho and God, BV and Fear factor cum big boss. MRD may have been trailing but it did have its own loyal viewers and was the best amongst the rest. A niche audience with taste ......

Dipti Bhatnagar soon left the show in the hands of Sphere Origins. I wonder why ??? This PH was already running high on Saat Phere and next in line BV. I remember for the 700 episode or something of SP the actors of all three serials were partying. SP and MRD are clashing in their timing. One is eating into the TRPs of the other. We must remember that at one time SP had overtaken most serials. So to save SP, is MRD being smothered? How old is SP now 1000 episodes ??? 🤢 how much longer ????

Mayb the PH was giving MRD a step motherly treatment and this didn't go down well with the channel. I dont understand somehing here 😕 .... tell me ,... who's the boss ??? Channel or PH ? ...... who has to listen to who ??? Or the channel decided to do 'doodh pilai' with MRD .. I never thot anyone would associate something as pure and holy as milk with such a heinous act . Thanks Purvi for enlightening me and telling me the name of this practice. I think MRD has sunk not because of the TRPs or viewership but because of some internal tussel between the PH and the channel.

Why make MRD a scapegoat and in the long run we the audience too? I wonder if anyone would care to explain ......

I have been meaning to do this, but keep forgetting.

I feel it is the track that is at fault...Personally to me..the way they got married was👎🏼 if they showed this guy falling for the kudi with Bua as the mediator..their kacheri scenes..the guy(boss) and gal (Clerk)clash..leading to a love story....with the freedom struggle in the background..how good that would have been..instead that Budda's torture..haphazard way the guy brought the kudi to his home..and Gaaaawdddd!!!!! then it turned out to be BBR running the show🤢insane dialogues..say sorry ..no sorry got sick !!!!!!!!!!!!

The reasons can be many and we can dissect thme to the tee but the point remains that we as audience feel dejected and cheated. We all now that it is fiction and can be turned anyways a story can go on to 1000 pages and it can be wound up in 10 even, but then do these people realise that we are all sane people who understand things. @Skep you might be right in pointing out that Sphere has Sp on ZEE but a show after so many episodes has its own audience which will not leave it for anything it becomes more of a habit with them they can. They can keep showing same old trash again and again and those bunch will never leave them precisely the reason for certain Saas type shows to go on for ever. So it might be a little issue but not that huge. I think the bigger one is the change of production house. I have observed that in the past that accept Dheeraj Kumar no one takes up shows and does justice with them. Such shows always get a step treatment.

u know guys i was just thinking that v as audience r hurt and angry at the way MRD has been shown the door.........imagine wat the actors must be going thru...........they worked so hard for so long..............v have seen the way they improved.........and now this..........the channel didnt even had the deceny to let them kno that the axe was about to fall....😡😡😡

and they'll replace it with Laddo.......the other day i visited the baa bahu forum a weekened show on star plus (it occupies the 9:30 slot i think)...i watch it occasionally and was confused about the recent developments so visited the forum and the members were ranting about the recent developments about an evil builder....one of the characters guttu drank poisoned water and fell ill and a member mentioned how her children were terrified to see their favorite character guttu in such a state...tht whoel scene of guttu being poisoned was really blasted....
so how can colors even think to show a serial on infanticide ... at a prime time slot ..... the promos sicken me .... imagine a kid coming across one of the promos while channel surfing 🤢😡

But the PH wouldnt have veered course till it was told to. It changed the track because the KK track wasnt getting good TRPs too.

Basically they kept trying different waters, and the show got totally off track.

Bauji, Buaji, Mamaji, Nirmal, even Raj- Kranti.. all their roles were so cruelly tampered or their characters were so royally butchered, it was not even funny.

It was only BBR and mami ruling the roost. YUCK !!!
